What an awesome and comfortable cottage! Beautifully decorated with spacious living and kitchen areas. Everything we needed and more. Perfect location to the bay and downtown Fairhope. We will definitely be back!!

Hands down, this home is our favorite VRBO stay of all the places we have ever stayed. The home is neat as a pin, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Thoughtful touches throughout- an abundance of large fluffy towels, quality paper towels and toilet paper, and toiletries provided. WiFi worked great, and the living room television was too quality. Location is ideal- 10-15 minutes from the bay and just about everything else. Section Street/downtown Fairhope with boutique shopping and excellent dining options is just 5 minutes away. Without question, we hope to stay here again when visiting Fairhope.

I have to say, this was probably as close to a “perfect for us” VRBO as we could have. As spacious as photos. Beautifully remodeled and equipped. We’ll definitely rebook, as we are in Fairhope often. Easy access. Thank you

We had a family wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the this updated cozy cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is a short walk to the bay where there are walking and biking trials.

This is a lovely house with updated interiors and comfy furnishings. The location was perfect for us…we walked the few blocks to the bay every day and appreciated the quick ride to downtown by car or golf cart. Could even walk to Gambino’s one of best restaurants in Fairhope. Daniel was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very personable. We would rent here again for sure!

The good: clean, nice and close to everything. Bad: You have 0 phone service inside, once you go outside you can make calls/text. Dan(owner) wasnt helpfull, no wifi(at&t) was down and I was on the phone with them twice one for 44 mins and once 37 mins and they could not get a hold of Dan. He and I called and text a few times and he knew I was upset, I have my own business and needed internet, I spent my mornings at the public library. Dan told me he had them coming out the day before we set to head out and he would return $100.00. I told him I didnt need $100 to keep it, I thought it was unacceptable. The 2nd day we got locked out but was lucky enough to remember we lift the back door unlock. The owner lives to NY and did have any resources to fix anything. Undertstand in the past 10 plus years I have never posted a "bad" review until now.

House was great, had everything we needed to the last detail. Checkin was easy and the location was easily accessible to the bay and town for restaurants and shopping. Great place to stay with family!

This place is GREAT! Comfortable home and beds. Very nice open style kitchen and living. So convenient to everything Fairhope has to offer. Peaceful, quaint and comfortable. Spacious area thats great for families. Nice calm outdoor seating area. Highly recommend!

From the moment we entered we could see the beauty of this house. To be close to downtown was part of our search and this location proved to be great. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. It was fun just to see all the architecture. The modern appliances, luxurious linens and comfortable beds put your Modern Three Bedroom right at the top of places we have stayed. We enjoyed exploring Fairhope and the Mobile Bay area. We select a city for its art, museums, shops and adventure and try to meet once a year. We are from three different states and were college roommates once upon a time.

We were in town for a family wedding. House was accommodating for the location and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Very beautiful home. Very well maintained and clean. The owner has done a great job making you feel at home.

Daniel’s space in Fairhope is just as advertised. It was very spacious for our group. The bedrooms provided adequate rooms. The entire rental was airy with great lighting. I especially liked the supplies Daniel provided (toilet paper, trash bags,etc). I have noticed in other rentals the products were very limited and we would have to buy extra. The location was down the road from The Grand and very close to downtown Fairhope. It was a sweet stay in Fairhope. Thank you Daniel!

This property is exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The house has many amenities and is a wonderful retreat. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will return to this property on our next visit to Fairhope.

Went for an Easter vacation. Couldn’t have gotten a better location. Walking distance to downtown and multiple restaurants.

If you’re traveling to Fairhope you NEED to stay here. The pictures do not do the place justice and the host could not have been more helpful and kind! The place was very clean and had everything you could need. The checkout process was very easy. The location is also fantastic. If we ever visit again we’ll be staying here.

This was absolutely the nicest VRBO I’ve stayed in. The house was comfortable, the beds were great, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything was clean. I tried to think of something that wasn’t wonderful, but I don’t know what it would be. I would happily stay here again.
