Absolutely nothing the staff were rude. There was roaches. There were lots of stains and it was gross everything we told the staff about it and they js laughed and made it seem like a joke. Other people had the same experience .

unfortunately nothing about this property was good.

I cannot stress enough this is a very unsafe place it was right off I-10. Upon arrival we saw prostitution, cars full of guys hanging out in the parking lot, people we doing drug deal practically in front of the office and one lady basically through syringes of the balcony. I walked into the office didn't even check-in and asked for a cancellation as I did not feel safe with it being me and my 2 kids only, I was told that I would have to talk with booking in order to cancel. I woke up the next day and was informed the property denied my cancelation and took the money anyways. I have been using booking for a long time but Today I'm honestly disappointed with booking please do better!!!

The bed was soooo super comfy.

Very dirty, roaches in the shower, dead crickets everywhere. There were stains on the blankets, sheets, box spring covers, and shower curtain. The chair was weird and greasy like it hadn’t been wiped down from the last person. Bathroom tub was horrifying, I ended up wearing my crocs to shower. The size of the bath towels were tremendously small I couldn’t even wrap it around my body. Desk was sticky and there were random holes in the wall. Spilt some water on the flower and used a towel to wipe it up but when I picked it back up the rag was basically brown, looks and feels like it hasn’t been mopped in ages.

The property was okay. Weirdos around, but I just needed somewhere to lay my head & shower.

Run down, reeked of smoke in the room which I don’t like, not enough towels or trash bags for trash. Honestly ugly restroom, but for the price I paid I can’t complain.

The room was not well maintained, neither the whole building and surroundings. The air conditioner was full of dirt .
