It was very well located. Great staff. Great decor and very comfortable beds. Great value for money for the two nights

We were on the first floor and didn’t have any protective drapes with our curtains so people could see us clearly when we opened the curtains

Cama confortável, o estúdio era espaçoso, casa de banho bonita e cabine/box de chuveiro grande! Todas as facilities para fazer comer ( excepto forno ). Sofá confortável. Muitos armários para arrumação. A 10 min a pé do metro , caminho confortável e fácil de fazer!

A smart tv que estava no quarto não dava para conectar a outros aparelhos , nem era possível a aceder a nenhuma plataforma de streaming. Uma das paredes do quarto não estava bem pintada e tinha pregos ( possivelmente para pendurar quadros , mas sem o quadro )a mostra. A exaustão da kitchenette não era forte o suficiente para retirar os cheiros e vapores do quarto !

No Smart TV! Plus the freeview wasn’t working spoke to reception to sort out nothing was done during the 2 nights. Missing wall art which just left a empty wall with screws in the wall made the room feel very basic and unflattering. Asked to get room cleaned, left and came back to the room in the same state, was then told I had to personally remove the bed sheets and all the pillow casing. 4 hours later someone arrived with new sheets and said we had to do it ourselves.

I liked the fact it is kept very clean and a nice little cosy studio apartment. I mean there is a bit too much storage if you only staying for short periods, but great to keep things out of sight even if it’s for short stay so it still kept that tidiness atmosphere. Also the communal areas are kept very clean and tidy and could easily work and relax there. All the people there are all very nice and helpful.

Well I stayed for 2 nights but I didn’t get any housekeeping but towels were changed only because I requested it. As it’s serviced apartments I thought they could at least house keeping when I requested towel changes.

I had a great stay at Wembley Ark, the staff were very professional and attentive. Super responsive when I had requests. The accommodation was very well equipped and very clean. Thank you for your welcome. I recommend !

Property was clean and tidy. Perfect space for a couple getaway. Bed was nice and comfy and being provided kitchenware e.g pots pans and all cutlery was super helpful. Shower was lovely and not too loud at all especially considering the road outside is relatively busy at times

There wasn’t really anything to complain about just a few little bits that could improve on. One of our cupboards was wonky. It wasn’t one that was meant to be opened but looked like it could have fallen off, a patched hole in our wall that looked a bit ugly. The only other thing would be a bigger bin in the kitchen area as even though we were there for 2 nights we had a fair amount of rubbish.

El sitio se ve muy nuevo, y en buenas condiciones. La habitación era cómoda, con un baño suficientemente espacioso, una tele grande, una buena cama, cocina con microondas, fogones y lavavajillas. En general cumplen con 10/10 todo lo relativo a la calidad de la habitación.

La ubicación es nefasta para hacer turismo por la ciudad. Sí, está al lado del estadio de Wembley, y eso es genial para el que vaya a un concierto o un evento allí. Pero para irte a pasear por Londres, tardarás cerca de una hora en llegar a cualquier sitio. Tendrás que hacer un trasbordo (casi siempre en Baker Street), y andar 10 minutos desde el alojamiento hasta la estación de metro más cercana. Personalmente, nos tocó una habitación justo enfrente de la puerta del pasillo, por lo que cada vez que alguien entraba o salía de nuestra planta, escuchábamos el golpe de la puerta al cerrarse. La vajilla que viene con la habitación es súper limitada en cuanto a cantidad: básicamente dos juegos de cubiertos, dos platos hondos, dos llanos, dos vasos y dos copas. Por lo que teníamos que fregar constantemente cada vez que usábamos algo. No nos proporcionaron de inicio suficiente papel higiénico, y no lo repusieron el día que limpiaron la habitación. Tuvimos que acercarnos a la recepción a pedir más.

the room was great, just like the pictures. the people and staff were really nice. it felt really nice and cozy.

the view couldve been better, but there was also construction going on outside so that might've been a temporary thing. a bit more information about checkout would've been nice, in terms of how to leave the room and what to clean/not to clean.

Walls are like paper. Could hear every person who walked past, every door open and closing etc.

Liked to kitchenette and fridge which was useful. Good location for exploring London. The Ark had a relaxed feel about it and staff very friendly and helpful. The price was competitive. Plenty to see at Wembley Park and loads of restaurants to eat out. Great location to catch tube into London. We were lucky as on our first morning we were offered a complimentary breakfast. Bit of a bonus.

Can’t really find any I didn’t like. If being picky the doors onto the floors did crash shut sometimes.

the ventilation was very noisy, so it was hard to sleep

I have no clue why kids are not allowed in the building, and If I knew kids or under 18s are not allowed, I wouldn't have booked this place!!. And it says no cancellation, and the no kids policy was not written out plainly so one will decide before booking !!. Not ok at all.

Clean, modern, amenities were really good, provided a lot, close to station and shops

My wife and I liked the location and the facilities of the ARK.

The bed and the pillows were quite uncomfortable.
