Large room, we were a family of three so our child of 9 could sleep comfortably as well.spacious is what we had booked.

Staff lost ,not proactive, clueless not trained properly, Dinner came in a plastic tray with bland taste portions were less.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Muscatel Roma with a group of friends for three nights. Our party of eight had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the warm and friendly hotel staff. Mr. Philip, in particular, stood out for his exceptional assistance, making our stay even more enjoyable. But elders, keep in mind that the hotel is situated on a 1-minute steep slope; for young people, it's negligible. I highly recommend Muscatel Roma to anyone visiting Darjeeling – a truly memorable experience awaits. I would rate it 5/5 stars.

Very good location. Very close to city center. Althought way to hotel was a bit steep but, we do not care. Some rooms has nice view to valley. The street was very far from city traffic, so, possible to have silent nights.

Breakfast area was a bit far, in another building.

We were accamodated in the best available room by the receptionist (missing her name sorry, starts with S). She was kind enough to help us out with extra privileges as it was raining badly. Safar too is a wonderful steward, he is on his toes to make guests happy and comfortable

Would hv been good if a room heater and mosquito repellent cld be made available

Considering the price range, the hotel surpassed the majority of other accommodations. The staff displayed remarkable helpfulness and were always prepared to assist. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable.

The location fell short of expectations, despite its proximity to the taxi stand. The main drawback is its position on a steep road, making it challenging to navigate, particularly for older individuals. It is advisable to avoid this location if you are traveling with elderly people.

Over all staff behavior is very very unprofessional

The way they attend call and speak specially the one and only with High attitude manger non -other than Bindiya chhetri every time asking for money 💰 money and last all about money. I think they are big hotel chain and unprofessional of staff and service towards guest is zero...all first meet and greet but this hotel manager ask money first. The place is really unhygienic with keeping mop and dusting item near room. Wifi is totally zero....having totally waste of money. Please keep your staff train and smilies on the way... And save Darjeeling Tourism. We must make that customer must be first priority not money. Because money comes form doing works.... PS: I don't have personal but it's really unprofessional talking rude on phone
