Duplex was very clean overall and well maintained. Checkin / out was very easy, hosts were very responsive. Would have preferred it be closer to U of A, and did not realize it was a duplex. Even though you are very close to another unit there were no problems. I would prefer to be South of Campus instead of North, but other than that I would possibly stay there again. Pictures are a bit deceiving as the living/kitchen area looks bigger than it is, but there was still plenty of space.

Everything was great and managers very responsive. Property is really close to the campus so this made things really easy to visit the kiddos and Uber to the game.

Amaud and Selena were very easy to reach and very quick with responses to any questions !! Had an issue the first night with Directv and Amaud came the next day and fixed the problem easy peasy!! The place is so clean and looks brand new inside. It is super close to all things Fayetteville!! I have the location three stars simply because this duplex is in a very congested area ...typical City neighborhood and that was fine after we got there and got settled and learned the area!!! Eureka pizza and Leverett Lounge are 3 mins away by car!!! I would rent here again!!!
