Mao was very welcoming , met us in reception and showed us to our room . Mao showed us around apartment and where everything was and how it worked .

I liked the place close to train station in Parramatta. There is a few little coffee shops and breakfast just around the corner and also a big Westfield shopping centre which is walking distance from the hotel. We stayed in a private apartment on level 13 room number 1304 and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. We unfortunately had an issue with our car and had to wait to have it fixed. The apartment with Mao was booked out so we had to move to another apartment and Mao himself took us to the next apartment building in Rosehill. I can’t complain about anything it was all fantastic. I recommend anyone coming to Sydney to stay at the mantra and stay in room 1304 you won’t be disappointed.

Location was excellent. Very close to trains, buses and to Westfield shopping centre. Parking was included with the accommodation which enabled us to have a hire car while staying there. The views from the balcony were amazing. Can see the Harbour Bridge and Centrepoint

The apartment was very clean with a great view and walking distance from parramatta train station and Parramatta shops and Riverside theatre. Mao kindly met me at the entrance to give me the key and helped with my luggage.

I WOULD HAVE LIKED A BATHMAT SUPPLIED - HAVING TO STEP OUT OF THE BATHTUB ONTO THE FLOOR WITH WET FEET WAS QUITE CHALLENGING

Clean well located apartment for an overnight stay in Parramatta. Close to Eat St and Riverside Theatre. Free parking space, balcony, bath. Use of swimming pool and spa.

Location was perfect for a girls shopping trip at Westifeld Parramatta. We were met at the lobby to be given the keys and shown the apartment. All instructions were easy to understand. Apartment was spotless and exceeded my expectations.

As part of the Mantra hotel - the building is a little tired looking and needs a facelift. But this is no fault of the unit owner. I found that the unit suited me perfectly for this occasion. The quality of bathroom soaps etc. was very good. I knew the loction from previous visits - which is walking distance to many shops, cafes, restaurants and train
There was a particular smell in the corridor and building looked tired, in need of a facelift.
As a personal touch - I would recommend a welcome pack in the fridge of juice, toast/bread, cheese, fruit, cookie, etc. (<$12 value) so the guest has something to start with on the first night - making the experience better than the usual motel room!

We were met in the lobby with the access card. The room has a wonderful view overlooking the city. The closeness to amenities including shops and public transport.

great location - situated at the heart of Parramatta CBD. really convenient from train station & shops. Westfield just 4 minutes away (by walking) .nice & clean place to stay. everything is there for family essentials!
lost my swipe key card. had to pay $50 to get another one to get in!! not a very big deal! but apart from that everything was good!

Excellent location with the train station and dozens of restaurants only a short walk away. Nice view of the city. Parking also available.
Unfortunately access to the gym is not included.
