Mao was very welcoming , met us in reception and showed us to our room . Mao showed us around apartment and where everything was and how it worked .

Nothing to not like

I liked the place close to train station in Parramatta. There is a few little coffee shops and breakfast just around the corner and also a big Westfield shopping centre which is walking distance from the hotel. We stayed in a private apartment on level 13 room number 1304 and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. We unfortunately had an issue with our car and had to wait to have it fixed. The apartment with Mao was booked out so we had to move to another apartment and Mao himself took us to the next apartment building in Rosehill. I can’t complain about anything it was all fantastic. I recommend anyone coming to Sydney to stay at the mantra and stay in room 1304 you won’t be disappointed.

Location was excellent. Very close to trains, buses and to Westfield shopping centre. Parking was included with the accommodation which enabled us to have a hire car while staying there. The views from the balcony were amazing. Can see the Harbour Bridge and Centrepoint

The apartment was very clean with a great view and walking distance from parramatta train station and Parramatta shops and Riverside theatre. Mao kindly met me at the entrance to give me the key and helped with my luggage.

I WOULD HAVE LIKED A BATHMAT SUPPLIED - HAVING TO STEP OUT OF THE BATHTUB ONTO THE FLOOR WITH WET FEET WAS QUITE CHALLENGING
