The breakfast was great - good choices and very friendly and helpful staff. We also ate at the hotel’s restaurant for dinner and the dinner was great, too! The room was very clean and there was even a vending machine and some extra amenities in an additional communal area in the hotel that was accessible for all the hotel guests.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel, mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer unterm Dach, mit moderner, aber sehr gemütlicher Einrichtung und bequemen Betten. Auch erwähnenswert ist die kleine Kitchenette und der schöne Balkon. Tolle Lage, direkt gegenüber einer Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Het ligt langs een drukke weg, waar we wat geluidsoverlast van hadden. De sensor in de badkamer ging snel uit, waardoor we in het donker stonden te douchen (en we een paar keer de douche uit moesten om de lamp weer aan te krijge.

I liked the access to a kitchen and coffee machine. Room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. I was also really grateful that it was located so close to a bus stop. This made using public transport really easy.

My toilet paper ran out once, but I found some in the kitchen, so not a disaster.

Excellent room. Bar and restaurant downstairs with some good Belgian beers on draught, and good food.

I loved that the room was stylish, spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning and occasional otter meals in the restaurant. The hotel was ideally situated for my visit to Radboud University.

This is a nice new hotel on the second floor above a restaurant, right across the street from the university and hospital, so location is very convenient. The rooms are new and clean, and there is a shared space with coffee which is nice. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was nice. Staff were overall nice and helpful, but the check in process was problematic, looked like the place was still very new and not all wrinkles ironed out.

So, the main issue was room access. This place does not have a standard reception, so you need to approach the restaurant bar, and they handle the check in and out process via a laptop. The problem is that instead of a key, they are supposed to send you a link to a special app that would serve as your electronic key. In my case the email never arrives (not to main account nor to spam etc). We noticed it immediately, but it turned out that the staff had no good "plan B". After a wait they made a physical (plastic card) key for me, but it did not work because it was before 15:00. I left, and when I came back late at night, there was no one around (restaurant was already closed) and the key still did not work. I called the number on the second floor door, and got nice and efficient help via a return call to my cell, that (1) found out I was in the wrong room and (2) opened the room remotely for me, which was neat. So, my bottom line is that the staff were very helpful and did their best, but the system did not work well in my case. If, say, my cell was out of battery or did not have local service, I would have had to sleep in the lobby ... seems like a problem that will be solved as they get more experience.

Fresh interior, big bed, one blanket, two hard pillows, glad i took my own with me. Sweet workers there both for check in and check out.

Very small parking space, cost you 35 euro for a 3h earlier check-in ( we had to do it due to the wedding we had to attend to)

Lovely hotel with excellent decor. Loved the ambience in the rooms.

Lighting could be a little bit more, it felt dark even with all lights switched on.

The room was spacious. The bed good. The atmosphere great. The kitchen was excellent.

Breakfast box that was prepared instead of the restorant breakfast could have been a bit better.
