Really we did suffer!!!Dont go to this house in summer. Mallorca is hot and Air Conditioning installation is outdated almost 30 years ago.

We have had a miserable stay at this villa. Besides having the announced number of rooms, not much else matched the listing’s description and photos on VRBO. The advertised AC was non existent. There was some high speed internet if you stood right next to the router, but god forbid two people tried to browse the internet at the same time. The pool was nice but had multiple broken tiles that caused lacerations to our guests. The jaccuzzi was dirty, cold and lacked any water jets. The sauna was not working. We lost electricity multiple times. The washer and dryer stopped working multiple times. The advertised gym was a joke filled with rusted equipment. There was no water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms and the downstairs showers were always clogged. Multiple rooms had ants and we found god knows how many roaches we found. Multiple rooms had a nasty mildewy smell. The villa claimed to be luxurious but each room had a single body and a single hand towel per room, no shower gel, no shampoo, and bedsheets were small and didn’t even match the size of the bed. When we asked for solutions to our problems we were told: “it is what it is”. When we asked for a partial refund for having an inaccurate description we were threatened with imaginary damages. I would stay away from this old villa that has seen better days and from its dishonest owners.

What a great villa!! We have rarely found such a great outdoor area. The pool with its 2 levels for swimming and for our smallest kids who can't swim yet have their big non-swimmer area. You can also sit in the pool with a freshly tapped beer from the beer tap or chill on one of the two floating pool loungers. We have never found so many poolside options in any villa, and we have stayed in many villas on Mallorca before. We could prepare breakfast and other meals directly in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen by the pool. In addition to the large gas grill, gas cooker and large refrigerators, there was even a large gastronomy toaster and a dishwasher. So we spent almost the whole day at the pool area. Pure relaxation! And in the evening, by the way, the pool area is fantastically illuminated. Apart from that, there were also many possibilities for our children and teenagers in the cinema and games room, whether billiards, darts or a large football table, everything was there. The house was very well air-conditioned and the housekeeper team that looked after the villa during our stay did a perfect job and took very good care of us. We will definitely be back.
