Beautiful villa. Quiet. Nice pool. Well designed. Comfortable bed and linens. Great staff. Everything was wonderful.
Location is about 10 minute scooter from central ubud and its so peaceful and quiet that not being as central was worth it. Easy to order scooters and food delivery.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their exceptional service and friendliness made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this place for its outstanding hospitality.

The location was quiet and cozy, the staff was so friendly and welcoming.
The duvet from the bed wasn’t washed or changed.

Очень красиво, тихо и уединенно.
Это даже не отель, а вилла с 3 корпусами. Т.е. тут всего 3 номера. 2 с панорамным видом на джунгли, 1 на сад.
Новый, чистый, красивый.
Бассейн чистый. В номере очень большая удобная кровать, из туалетных принадлежностей - зубные щетки, паста, ушные палочки, шампунь, гель для душа и мыло.
В номере с видом на сад не хватало зеркала в полный рост

Easily the most stunning place we stayed at in Bali. It’s like your own tiny slice of Utopia. Very serene location in the middle of rice fields, very comfortable with modern amenities and the staff are incredibly hospitable and friendly. Would come back in a heartbeat.
The breakfast options were a little limited, but understandable considering they make it fresh each morning. The breakfasts are delicious too.

Internal decoration, lighting, pool, plants were every where, room wide view to jungle .
Room of stuff was inside the villa, I recommend to do enter and exit door from out side villa.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Property is a 10 min drive from Ubud and really close to Cretya Ubud

Perfect for a quiet getaway with friends or family. We liked that breakfast was to be ordered the night before, so there was minimal food waste; the food was also delicious. The villa was spacious and had great views as well.
There were quite a lot of bugs that came out after it rains, but it's to be expected considering that we're in Ubud.

Bintang, Adi, Arya, and Mario always went above and beyond on any request. Exceptional service and warm wonderful human beings . Breakfast was amazing, we ordered a few customised dishes which exceded our expectations, just extraordinary. Location was perfect to step away from the crowds, relax with the sounds of nature and enjoy the ammenities. Will definitely be back with my partner

We had a wonderful stay at Umah Shama - we noticed that the facilities were all pretty new with very beautifully curated fixtures and fittings all around the property. We enjoyed soaking in ans lazing by the small pool on the very comfortable sunbeds. The staff were all very polite and helpful - one staff even helped us to catch a small frog that was croaking very loudly outside our door!
The location is a bit further out from the main Ubud thoroughfare - roughly 15mins by car but it is certainly an oasis away from the bustle.
