We enjoyed the property and the location was great! Floors were a little dirty and the AC was a little warm.

This listing was great for my family and the house is just right for what we needed.

The home was clean and the pictures were on point. My family really enjoyed the whole house. We were able to eat together, watch TV and have an amazing time together. Britney was not hard to reach when we needed her assistance she responded almost immediately. We were there for our family reunion and the home was in the perfect location. The outlet mall and grocery store was within a 10 minute drive. We are happy we chose this home and would recommend it to anyone.

Pictures of the house look good but when we arrived, the utensils, dishes were dirty and full of oil. The rug's in the bathrooms were filthy. Floor were durty (black feet just walking barefooted). The cabinet doors are filty with food all over. Towels are stain with bleach. Left the house on Monday and it wasnt' until Thursday that they complained they are missing the plate setting from dining table when we left them there. We moved them to avoid breaking or getting them dirty and know they are trying to enter a claim. This is NOT right.

The home was lovely. Movie room was amazing ! Very nice neighborhood and huge yard. Stocked with all the things we needed.

Beautiful house! Exactly as it looks in pictures. Was a great space as well. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get into the neighborhood and no issues getting into the house. It’s right by the highway, which was great for all the driving we did while in Houston.
Only comment is there was no “extras” of things. We bought more toilet paper and paper towels. We also could not find additional garbage bags. There was no body soap in the bathrooms and some of the shampoos were almost finished. These were not things that bothered us enough to contact the host, otherwise we would have! Just for planning purposes for others. Overall, our stay was wonderful and would rent this house again if needed to!

We didn't do much ,just cooked and ate and converse with each other. The vrbo rental was a great place to do that.

We arrived late and discovered that the home had no water service. We called the service rep - after some investigation she explained that the city was working in the area and the water would be turned on in the morning. After some heated discussions with my group - we agreed to rough it for the night. We went to the store and bought water 20 gallons enough to drink, brush our teeth, and flush toilets, The water was turned on by 10:00 am the next morning. The homeowner reimbursed us for the first night's stay. No issues with the rest of our stay everything was great.

Property is amazing, enjoyed our stay. Media room and backyard are the selling points. Interior design is amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location right off the highway. The house was decorated very nicely, and all of the extras in movie room were a bit hit for our family. Check-in was seamless, we would definitely stay here again!

We were in Cypress to spend the holidays with family. The house was perfect for the two families, who traveled from out of town. The house was exactly as described and everyone had a great time.

House was nice and new, but was missing items that you would normally except at a rental, had to make trips to Target to buy stuff we needed. We were there for my Son's wedding and was missing an Iron and board (the one at the house was very tiny, not useful at all). Missing essentials in all the restrooms.
