Very clean, private and comfortable condo. Stunning direct ocean front views! Although, we were affected by tropical storm/mini Hurricane “Debby”, we stayed very comfortably on the balcony most of Saturday after noon, watching the waves and listening to music.
Hutchinson Island is super nice! Recommend eating at Kyle G’s, which is down the street from Spoonbill.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!
*Bonus: Johnnie is extremely nice and very attentive, making sure our stay was perfect!

The property and condo unit was in a great location on the beach. Even though we were warned & got a small discounted rate for our 5 days. Monday morning was a shocker, the "Jack Hammers" were right above our unit, the next 4 days. You always hope construction will be on the bottom floor or the other end of complex, it wasn't. The "Elliot Museum" was very rewarding & a must see.

We decided to tack on an extended weekend after some business travel. My wife found this place and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Johnnie was great and the condo and amenities were just right. Thanks for sharing such a great place with us!

The condo location was great and had a great ocean view. Condo complex is older, but clean. The condo is very well stocked and the property manager is very responsive and great to work with. We really enjoyed our trip!!

We had a great vacation at the Spoonbill! Our condo was spotless, the view of the beach/ocean was unmatched, and the beach was easy to access and not busy at all. Johnnie was great-easy to communicate with, quick to answer even silly questions, very responsive, and her recommendations for restaurants, etc. were spot on. We especially liked Stuart and had many great meals.This was a perfect break from Vermont endless winter-I would highly recommend!

The apartment is very clean and very comfortable seating in dining and living area. The King sized mattress in the bedroom was super comfy. The view from the terrace is just lovely. A tropical paradise.
We had a hiccup with the apartment directly above. Johnnie was so quick to rectify the situation and followed up to make sure that we were enjoying our stay.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks in Stuart. Sun and sand. Great dining. Visited with friends and relaxed. The property was a bit dated and dark. We had just one bath towel each. The laundry on the floor was old and crusty. We had to go to another floor to use the laundry facilities. I do have to say both Johnnie and Ryan were very attentive if we had issues. Condo unit just needs some TLC.

Second time back and it was just as good as the first time. Already booked for next year. Easy access to pool and beach and lots of great dining in the area. Couldn’t find a nicer location and condo has everything you need.

The unit had a nice beach vibe w/pictures, lighting & comfortable furniture. Enjoyed having a kitchen table & comfortable balcony's seating. Nice drapes in bedroom & living area. Great location w/beautiful view of the ocean. No ice maker in refrigerator so be prepared to use ice trays.

Our young family had a wonderful week at Spoonbill on Hutchinson Island. We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool— best of both worlds! The area is laid back, beautiful and perfect for families. Johnnie was easy to communicate with and helped get us a pack and play. We really loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Very clean with a great view of the ocean and pool. Loved coffee in the morning looking at the sun rise and drinks late in afternoon watching the ocean. View tops every restaurant.

Beautiful view from the property we were in. Beach & pool view. Clean and well maintained room. Elevator broke down twice during the week stay. Lots of parking and plenty of room by the pool and beach. Pool was heated and cleaned often. This is a great place for families with children. Would return here again.

Great oceanfront location, reasonably priced. The unit had everything needed for a home away from home. I arrived very late and discovered the unit had not been cleaned. The owner (not her fault) was very accommodating and apologetic, and told me where to find clean sheets for the bed. The cleaner arrived the next day and, while she did an excellent job, wasted a large portion of my first day by being in the unit. The owner was very apologetic and gave a credit for my inconvenience.

Gorgeous ocean view right from the living room couch, pool was clean, condo was well stocked and even came with a few extras ( the beach chairs and umbrella was an awesome extra) we also benefitted from the spices that were in cabinet and the small cooler in the cabinet. This was a wonderful experience in a perfect condo and we will absolutely rent here again when in the area. I Very highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed!

Condo was as described and we had a very nice stay there with no issues. Condo owner checked in with us via text a couple times to make certain all was okay. I would definitely recommend this property especially if you are looking for a quiet vacation.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at The Spoonbill condos. We got to see sea turtles laying eggs as well as hatchlings being born and making their journey to the ocean. Wonderful, family friendly experience. Clean, safe oceanfront condos. Friendly staff and guests. We will can’t wait for our next trip.
