The house was very well maintained and decorated perfect. Easy in and out to the stadium with no traffic headaches. The pictures is exactly what you get. Would stay again

Easy in/out in a small neighborhood just off a main road, and not far from Truist Park/Galleria area. Clean & comfortable!

We were in Marietta to participate in an event that kept us really busy during the day. We needed a quiet, calm, cozy place to go each evening to decompress and get ready for the next day. Both the neighborhood and the house were quiet, and the house had that calm and cozy feel that we were looking for. It was convenient to our venue, it was exceptionally well-equipped, and Ashley was easy to communicate with. We could not have asked for more.

Pros: Excellent attention to detail inside the home when it came to household goods such as towels, bed linen, extension cords, silverware, toiletries, etc. Spacious closets Comfortable beds Adequately stocked kitchen Great kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and other small appliances Extra cleaning materials supplied. Plenty of extra blankets The best part of my experience was I was able to be with my family in one location. Cons: Sofa and chairs were hard and uncomfortable. The sofa was very low and hard to sit on. Sofa bed was not an actual bed, it was too small for anyone to sleep on. The air mattress was a manual blow up bed that required you to manually breath air into it. The host actually told me that the only way to blow it up was to blow into it. There was not a pump, so I requested a different type of air mattress, after which the host had an air pump delivered the next day. We were unable to utilize the spacious front porch, and back deck because of overgrown grass and weeds. The picture online showed a well manicured lawn. However, the neighborhood felt sketchy and run down. There was a hair found in the guest bathroom bath tub. The home did not smell fresh and clean. We were told it had just been cleaned the same day,. We did our own cleaning and sanitizing. It would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the thermostat for heating and cooling purposes. Some days it was 87 degrees, and 35 on others.

We flew in for the weekend with our 2 adult children to watch the Braves play! This house is beautiful and completely remodeled. Spacious rooms, large front porch to sit on and a back deck. Ashley was very accommodating and had a snack basket for us!

We went to Atlanta for my daughter to say “Yes to the dress”. The house was amazing! Ashley was a terrific host! Would highly recommend!!!

The house is really set up to accommodate anything you would want. It’s extremely comfortable cozy and very clean. The owner has a great eye for decor and details. It was really an amazing, no-complaints stay!! We would 100% stay there again if we’re in the area.

I cannot express enough how AMAZING this house and location was. It was quiet and spacious. Our host, Ashley was truly the most flexible, most polite and most accommodating host I have ever dealt with! I 10000% would recommend everyone to stay here or shoot a film here. I shot a commercial here and it looked SO beautiful on camera. Thank you again Ashley!

This home is very well appointed, with virtually anything you may need while on vacation. Our Hostess went well beyond what might be expected in a rental property, which made our stay more enjoyable.
