This home was super cute and only a quick 2 block walk from the beach! It’s much larger than it appears on the photos and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay. I would definitely book again!

House was just as pictured and very spacious. Loved the back porch! I felt the kitchen and the living area floors could have been cleaner. There were several sticky spots, but other than that house was very clean. Location was perfect for us.

It is a very short walk to the beach and public beach access is right near the end of Rose Lane. Very quiet area and the beach is not too crowded there. We would rent it again.

We had a great time in this awesome home! It was very clean, had a great open layout and a nice screened in porch. We slept 8 comfortably but needed a little more sitting space in the living room for all 8 to be comfy. We will definitely stay here again!

Neighbors are great. House was very clean. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Blue Swell was very professional and quick to resolve any issues that came up. Was especially nice to have a garage. Sitting on the back porch was nice and peaceful. We would rent this home again.

The neighbors were precious and very welcoming. I can jot say enough about the staff at Blue Swell. They were friendly, accommodating, and prompt. I am from PCB and have many yearly visits and until something changes I plan on Using Blue Swell exclusively in the future. It is a really nice setup, with a lot of luxury touches, and several just weird issues. The house features an awesome great room with a luxury kitchen, dining room, and living room combined in a large open space. It is impressive and loved it!However:1: There are a plethora of light switches, but no labeling. We had many switches that appeared to do nothing. Other switches just did not work at all. Some stitches had dimmers, and others (like overhead lighting, did not. That would have been very handy.) The switch to the dining table area did not work, so we ate dinner in the shadows of the rest of the great room. We requested that get fixed, and it never was fixed during our 5-day stay.2: Awesome luxury touches! The master bath was done very nicely. The other bath had an awesome sink, but a cheap one-piece, plastic bath. Further, it had a cheap shower curtain holder that fell down and was impossible to get re-installed. Lastly, both bathrooms had the most obnoxious fan I have ever encountered in a luxury house. They were LOUD and inefficient! Why they would not spend a couple of bucks more for a better fan is beyond me. Trust me, when the fan is on, it can be heard everywhere in the house. 3: We had a beeping fire alarm all night. It started around 1:00 am, and I had no way to reach the fire alarm to stop the noise. This drove us nuts. They sent a very nice man to replace it in the morning. Why weren't all the batteries replaced during the remodel?4: We were charged $400 for a broken sink in the master bath that we did not break! We left everything in pristine condition and were told we broke it. The reality is it spontaneously shattered into a million pieces, as these nice tempered glass sinks are known to do. I provided proof that these spontaneous events happen (google it, and you will see), yet we were still charged $4

Mainly just slept there at night.. We were gone all day to Thunder Beach..
