the location was beautiful

there was no refrigerator in the room

The only plus was that it was on the Lake.

The staff was busy talking on their phone. I feel we were given a bad room after she saw that we booked on a different site that was cheaper. The bathroom was very dirty. Towels had holes in them. No mini fridge or microwave. No breakfast at all. Not even continental. Pool was closed. No laundry facilities. Even the discounted rate was way too high for what they offered. Red Roof Inn and even Motel 6 offer more and are cleaner than that place. In morning when we left, a person was in front of us a got out of their car blocking us to take a picture of a vehicle behind us that had all kinds of damage. They blocked us in and we couldn’t move. The person taking the picture was very intimidating. I don’t like giving bad reviews and was hoping this would be a place for my friends to come to and visit. But I would not recommend it to anyone.

Location is just right. Views were beautiful. The night crew was friendly and helpful. Quiet surroundings.

While we know the facility was just reopened not that long ago, which we were happy to see hence the reason we chose to stay here, we were disappointed to see that the rooms were not updated or at least touched up some. No comforters on the beds, just given blankets and no microwave and the bathroom needed some touch ups. TV had issues and remote had issues also. Spoke with other guests and they mentioned the same. We were looking forward to the beautiful accommodations like in the past. We look forward to giving this facility another try after it’s been updated hopefully soon.

the view the peacefulness and it’s a stuff hotel that makes you feel like you have to be so uptight about it makes you feel welcome

"Slightly disappointing. The hotel is in a very good location, but a little out of date and "tired". The room had very disturbing blue-tinted bulbs, so we went to the store and purchased bulbs with a warmer hue to make it more cozy. After we changed the bulbs, the general look got much better. There were a couple of spiders in the room, and no hot water from the faucet the whole time we were staying. We couldn't even take a shower. But the receptionist was very nice, the rooms were clean; the beds are quite comfortable, the rooms include air conditioning and heating, as well as free and very well lit (secure) parking. Breakfast is not included in the price".

Really liked the location

No coffee and breakfast was too late. Would have been ok if the hotel was in a more commercial area. I liked that it wasn’t, but then some amenities should be available.

Is a few steps from the beach

There were some guests who were making a lot of noise and we found some socks under the sheets that were not ours. They do not have a fridge or microwave in the room, you need to request it in advance but they do not tell you that on the website.

Very unhappy..never got to stay there because we were booted because a "group" needed our booking. A great start for new management to treat customers. That location was perfect for our needs at the time. Have spread the word to local business not to recommend this hotel...
