Didn’t feel very safe. Would have preferred to stay in the new Medina.

Staff were polite and friendly overall. Air conditioning worked. Useful location to walk straight out to a central road or to the beach.

Expectations vs. Reality - the room was advertised as having a bath (and there was none), as well as various other amenities (dining area, patio, etc. and what they meant is that there is one inside the complex). There was also a pool - which was empty and full of dust so clearly not been available for a while. I did discuss this with those at the hotel, who seemed surprised and said it would be rectified. Cleaning is at particular times so it would be worth asking for these if you plan to be in your room at times (and thus could miss it).

Everything is new. It is a great location for discovering medina.

The swimming pool is still not ready. We had many ants in our room and the cleaning was not done, which was not ok for the trash can, but otherwise it did not matter (we stayed only 2 nights).

Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and simple breakfast to stay the day.

The Wi-Fi does not work inside the rooms only in the communal areas. It would be helpful to have wall hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. The roof terrace is unfinished.

Clean, peaceful riad, just as shown in photos. Located at the far side of the Medina. Whole Medina felt very safe and friendly. A good breakfast but not ideal for someone with diabetes. However they made us an omelette on request.

Ali was an excellent host who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were neat and tidy, they have recently been redecorated. Location was central to the markets and main road.

Absolutely everything! The Riad itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with a real Moroccan feel. There’s snug areas where you can sit and relax with a book, and even a pool on the terrace. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful, very welcoming and more than happy to give advice on tours in other places as well as Rabat. We had breakfast included and couldn’t have been happier! Delicious pancakes and fruit one day, the next yummy pastries and fruit - both served with fruit juice, yogurts and mint tea of course. The rooms were spacious, and the shower is honestly incredible! (I want it at home!). The bathroom facilities were way more modern than I expected. Air con is also included. The location is PERFECT. Right in the middle of the markets, and close to the seafront, but barely any noise at night. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough. A must stay when in Rabat 10/10 😊

A really nice Riad in a perfect location, close to the sea located in a quiet area in the medina. Everything was perfectly clean, the staff super helpful and friendly. All our wishes were fulfilled. We got nice recommendations for restaurants and for the important sights to see. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Some details were missing which made our stay rather feel like being in a hostel: the towels were changed only by request and there was no real place to hang the towels to dry. Little bummer was missing coffee for the breakfast but I guess we could have got it also by request. It felt like things were still in progress. (not in a negative way though!) There is a lot of potential.

Everything was very clean, the staff was extremly nice. Our room was great, big enough, and again, very clean. I loved this hotel/riad. Amazing!

I had booked this Riad/hotel with a non-refundable rate. So, I am not complaining that I did not receive anything back when we checked out after 1 night our of 2 nights. Best thing was Moroccan mint tea. Team is nice, friendly and trying to help with any question.

Rooms are very basic: even if we are not using TV, it cannot be that there is no TV, but cables are hanging out of the wall. Biggest issue is that rooms are extremely cold. When you are in the Riad, you can sit in the courtyard which you don't want, because it is not really bright, but really cold and you are mostly alone. You can sit in one of the sitting corners at first floor, but it is still the same temperature. So, you can stay in your room, but the A/C is only warming the room up a bit, but not enough - leaves the option to stay in the bed under the blanket. --- not really exciting. Bathroom is ok, but not more, floor is flooded 50% when taking shower, no hangers for towels etc., no heating inside bathroom, so you have to keep the door open otherwise ... Breakfast is poor. May be, in summer it is nice, but in February it is an absolute no-go. For EUR 75/night, I would definitely expect more.

Facilities are above the average at the location. The included breakfast is a plus and the staff is excellent. The rooms are big and comfortable.

Ali and his team are friendly and very helpful. They have good local knowledge.

We slept extremely well, as the Riad is located in a dead end street with the only noise from other travellers (none during the night). Extremly kind and helpful manager (or owner?), fulfilling all our wishes. Very good bathroom facilities, brandnew and with rainfall shower. Good heating by air conditioning.

There was no sign at the entrance door (yet?). But google maps gives you the exact location, so just ring the bell.

The Riad is well located at the edge of the old Medina and close to the Kasbah. The staff was very kind and gave good advice on places to eat. The room and ensuite bathroom were a bit small, but well designed. The breakfast was very nice in the open courtyard.

The Riad is very new and still being developed, including roof terrace. On the short term it would be nice to put some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and put a handle on the outside of the front door to facilitate closing. A water boiler in the room would be great to make tea, although the staff was nice enough to prepare Moroccan tea for us.

Ali was an amazing host, super helpful. Great location and best local pastries for breakfast. Excellent value for money, would fully recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Rabat.

Ali speaks impeccable English - common is French - and he does everything possible to assist you. He definitely deserves a location with better facilities to manage. I personally see him running any 5 stars hotel in the world...

Rooms with no exterior windows. Poor bathroom and roo ventilation. Therefore extremely humid. No toiletries. No water at check-in. Boring breakfast (Ali cooks it) but excellent tea. Building with lot of potential though... Also understaffed.
