Staff was very polite and friendly. The refrigerator and microwave were new and of good quality. There was a toaster and coffee make available although we didn't use these. Nice set-up for kitchenette.

Room cleaning was not performed until I asked about it. When I let the front desk know, they ensured a thorough cleaning. There were bugs which crawled in under the broken door sweep and the handyman was off for the weekend so couldn't get fixed. Toilet ran and you had to play with the handle to stop it. Noise from the highway.

staff and lack of facilities in the room or available for purchase. advertised morning coffee till 11 am, I went at 9:45 and no coffee and none offered, told that it ended at 10:15 ?!??!????

That booking.com didn't book me 2 rooms or that I had to pay 40 dollars more than what my receipt from booking was. Thankfully they had 2 rooms available and they were next to each other

the size of room having things close by

the shower was sort of on top of back wall was hard to adjust towards your body but i worked it

Rooms are very clean and upon arriving it was very quiet and peaceful. Front desk associate was helpful and kind.

Unfortunately Booking.com has an incorrect address for the hotel which led a good 20 minutes out of the area. To say I was frustrated is the least going thru wooded area at night is nerve wrecking.
