Price and location were good

Couldn't connect to WiFi, shower tray filled with water and didn't drain properly, rooms weren't sound proof in anyway as described in advert

Very easy check in and communication. Lovely clean rooms that were warm. Beds very comfortable.

The landlord and his colleagues we're fixing up the house next door and someone had hit a gas pipe leaving a major oder of household gas. I came out room of my room on smelling the gas and asked about it, they was opening windows; however they didn't evacuate the premises. We went out and came back later. Smelling a bit better, but then the landlord asked me to move downstairs into an en-suute. The next morning, my partner couldn't get ready for a doctors appointment as the electrics had been tripping all night and morning. We fell out over this and she left. When i went to make coffee in the shared kitchen after the landlord had arrived, I couldn't even get to the kettle as a handful of work men occupied the floor. All in all, being a recovering alcoholic and drug addict; this was all the trigger i needed for an instant relapse which led me to being arrested and taken off of the premises.

Lovely bed. Nice shower . Ideal location for football and cleethorpes. Good communication with owners .

Was right next to main door so could hear door.

Thought there would be a toilet in the room and coffee making facilities but there was nothing didn’t get much sleep as we was next door to the toilet and people was in and out of it all night no where to hang you clothes apart from a coat hook

No toilet in the room and no kettle or coffee in the room
