Maybe it was a little small for 3 big lads, but not a problem for us.

Lovely apartment, very clean and well equipped, everything was great, I would definitely stay again! Outside balcony with chairs and a small table was very nice due to the sunny weather! The hosts were easy to contact by phone and very helpful. 5 min walk to supermarket, train station, bus stop and beach, a really convenient location. I visited other resorts and had a fabulous holiday! Thank you Steve and Jenny

Nothing to dislike at all

This appointment was right in the heart of Dawlish Warren. It was very clean. Extremely well presented. Like home from home. Loved it!!

The mattress on the main bed was a little hard.

Lovely apartment, very clean, very well equipped, beautiful view from the little terrace of the pretty grounds and trees behind, such a quiet and peaceful location yet so close to Dawlish Warren amenities. We had rabbits, squirrels, ducks and pigeons to watch as we sipped our drinks in the sun. So easy to communicate with kind friendly owners. Amazing value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Only minor issue was the double bed which was a bit too small for us as a couple. The single beds in bedroom 2 were fine and had useful drawers for storage.

Great location, clean and comfortable accommodation. Everything was there for a great stay within walking distance of beach, shops, pubs and public transport.

Beds would be better with a mattress topper as did find the double uncomfortable.

Nice location, central to all amenities. Accommodation comfortable and clean. Helpful staff. We were very pleased with everything.

The apartment is situated in a lovely location and is very relaxing. It is well equipped and has very nice decor. It is certainly a credit to its owners and we will be booking it again.

Everything was fine. We had no problems at all. The only thing we didn't like was getting in the car to come home. !!

The bin location could be better, the bedroom doors keep bouncing back and not staying open, and easier instructions to operate the hob.

Home from home

No hangars in the coat cupboard in the hall and not enough hangars really in the wardrobes for two people for an eight day stay.

This is in the perfect location, just 5 minutes from the train station so easy to explore the area and in a lovely quiet spot - if you can ignore the birds!. The apartment was spotlessly clean with all the crockery, pans and cutlery you might need. At the end of the road is one of the best bakeries ever! We had a morning coffee and a pastry each day and took a few pasties for the train ride home. Dawlish Warren has everything you could possibly need for a break, lovely pubs, lots to do and friendly locals! We will definitely be back!

A very nice apartment in a very quiet location very close to shops the beach and restaurants and amusements every thing is in walking distance that you would need even the train station is near this apartment it was that good we are looking to rebook again next year
