The person who checked me in was wondering.

The first room I got smelled of moles. I had to ask to change my room because I have asthma. The second room I got the bathroom was leaking. I had to change my flight to leave a day before I was planning on checking out which they said I won’t be getting a refund. Rain started falling and the bathroom leaked even more. I spoke to a lady who did breakfast and she said that it was the caused of the AC they also sent a gentleman to check he didn’t do anything at all.

No pude alojarme al llegar a la recepción me informaron que mi habitación tenía problemas y no podría quedarme ahí . Les consulté si habían más disponibles y me indicaron que no. Sin embargo, aún aparecían en booking habitaciones disponibles. No fueron capaces de informar.

Estaba incluido el desayuno, cuando fuimos a buscarlo no dijeron que no porque eran las 10 de la mañana y vi una chica a esa misma hora desayundo y ellos no noticaron a qué hora se podía bajar a desayunar

Nothing there was no water in our room.

I checking in at 8:00 PM and paying in cash. However, upon entering my room, I was surprised to find no water available. Despite my attempts to contact the front desk through calls and texts, I received no response. Even after speaking with them in person and waiting for 30 minutes, the issue remained unresolved. The front desk declined a refund and directed me to pursue it through the booking platform. Additionally, the room conditions were disappointing, with visible disrepair, including a falling-apart room, a roof in poor condition, and water leaking into the bathroom from above. My overall experience was extremely unsatisfactory and left me no choice but to share this feedback.

They gave me a beer for free :)

There were roaches

The breakfast was excellent, with a healthy meal, juice and coffee. The location and price are excellent. The room was spacious and clean.

The electricity went out the last night there and I didn't sleep well with no AC, water or lights. The staff weren't that friendly or helpful.
