Overall it was a very nice stay, I would go again. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Folly Beach!

I loved it here. I have a girlfriend in charleston I visit every year. This was perfect. In between Folly Beach and Charleston. Will be booking again.

We were a hop, skip and a jump from everything we wanted to visit in Charleston, Mount Pleasant and close enough to Folly Beach without dealing with the traffic of Folly Beach! The house was very comfortable and the marsh was beautiful. The kayaks would of been a great idea unfortunately we ran out of time. The gold pass for parking and Charleston parks was a great perk!

Peaceful setting at the end of a canal with a new dock & benches. Spacious apartment that worked well for our group of three. We had two different families stay in the upstairs apartment during the time we were there and they were not an issue. This Vrbo property would be excellent for a big group since you could rent out the top & bottom units. You have a Harris Teeter right across the highway from you, walking distance. And Folly I beach is not a far drive. One perk is a park pass that the owner leaves for you to use while there. We were able to go to the end of the island to the Folly Park which has a nice beach and a building with bathrooms and a concession stand. He also has bikes, kayaks, and beach toys for use. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The owner communicated well with us when we stayed there. They even came and replaced the wireless router because the Wi-Fi was not working. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. We are especially grateful for the prompt response from the property manager when we needed assistance with a minor issue. I highly recommend this location and the property manager. Bravo!!

First time in Charleston. We had a great time. Location was great. Loved sitting outside watching the birds fly and land in the marshy areas. Very cute and comfy. We loved the large windows.

We had a great time. The property was beautiful. The Uber and Lyft drivers were all super nice and helpful. It’s a good idea to schedule rides whenever you can, especially if you have reservations. We enjoyed the plantations, breweries, restaurants, a ghost tour, and so many more places to go.

We loved the location on the Marsh. My husband went out morning and evening to enjoy the Marsh on the dock and sunrise. The location was great a short drive to Folly Beach which we loved. The house was clean and well stocked. Todd did great responding to messages no problems encountered.

Some confusion at check in however the stay with great. Very clean and interesting house, very comfortable bed. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing getaway at this property. Really really enjoyed being able to kayak in the tidal creek. It was fun to watch the creek change with the tides and the different wildlife that live in the marsh. The space was clean and the abundance of windows made it very bright and inviting.

Beautiful spot to watch the sunset and relax at the end of the day.

The place was clean, did have a slight smell when we first arrived which is expected I guess being unused and so close to the water. Didn’t bother us. Check in was easy, Todd gave all accurate instructions to enter the place and access everything. We used the bikes which was great. The tenants above us used the kayaks and seems to enjoy. Downfalls: you could hear every single move the people staying above made. One of the windows was unlocked when we arrived and actually didn’t lock at all which was creepy for me. Instructions on check out were a little unclear as there were no instructions on leaving other than “leave the place how your found it”. So I asked about any instructions on towels and did we need to place them in washer or anything, and was told again to just leave the place how we found it. Well the place was found with folded clean towels so that was unclear to me. Any other place I have stayed has required the towels and/or linens be at least all in one place for the cleaning crews to wash.

Great location minutes' drive to beach and stores! The pass for the park on Folly was a game changer! Great spot-on beach and the facilities and Parking were great!

We loved the beauty of the marsh. The apartment was tastefully decorated and clean. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. We appreciated the Keurig and coffee!

We were excited about the private dock but once we got into the apartment we were not very comfortable. We were greeted by fiddler crabs when we walked in and unfortunately found them in the bed the next day. I went to sleep in the bed the 1st night and I immediately rolled to the middle and had trouble getting back out from the mattress springs feeling wore out. Both couches were the same way and unfortunately that is where we ended up sleeping the whole 3 nights. The worst thing that bothered me was no privacy. The only window on the side that faces all the houses had no blinds and a portion of all the blinds were damaged. I constantly felt like someone was watching everything we did in the living room, kitchen and dining room. It was nice to be able to walk out on the patio and then unto the dock but the patio had way less privacy and I felt like someone was going to walk up on me from around the corner. The fees are too high for what you get. I did talk to the owner about all these issues and he only suggested we come back to stay in the 2nd floor unit. We spent so much on this apartment for us to have a horrible time and the worst part was that I haven't had a vacation in years and it was our 27th Wedding Anniversary. My husband doesn't care if he ever goes back to the beach now. Hopefully everything will be improved for the next customers.

First the good- great location, close to Folly, close to the grocery store and the dock is nice especially for morning coffee. The rest of it however needs serious attention. The pictures in the listing are old and not accurate of the property. The mattress was awful, the window shades are broken, the bikes &kayaks, and the patio area are all in poor condition. Also, as one other reviewer mentioned there's no dishwasher- who want's to do dishes on vacation? And I won't even talk about the AC and the fiddler crab situation, yes that's real. So yeh, just ok.
