Absolut unmöglich, charakterlos. als ich nach einer Verlängerung um ein paar Tage fragte, nannten Sie die Rate 500,00. Obwohl auf der eigenen Homepage 380,00 stand, Das bedeutet, sie halten die Gäste für dumm.

El desayuno realmente espectacular. Eso si almorzar en el hotel era un poco Caro.

Location, lobby vibes, amazing lake views and Value for money
Breakfast was very poor, Cleaning staff doesn’t know english and they were entering the room to clean and knocking although “Do not disturb” sign was present. Old furniture which needs renovation, no blackout in the rooms.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. So beautiful and picturesque decoration. With an inexplicable lake view. Very friendly staff and clean room. Very good location for anyone wanting to explore life around Lake Como. Easy access to various types of transport (bus and ferry). 100% recommended

The hotel staff was exceptional in making us feel warm and comfortable during our two night stay. Every single member of the hotel staff was friendly, engaging, attentive and professional. Our stay was extraordinary in every way. Thank you!

Staff was very helpful, amazing views, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
The standard room was a little small so we upgraded to a suite which was very nice.

I actually really loved this hotel. The view from the hotel balcony is spectacular! beautiful setting. Peaceful, tranquil. Easy transportation links. The ferry port is just outside the hotel to Bellagio & Varena as is the bus stop to Como. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.
My partner felt the rooms were dated, but that is part of its charm.

Room with balcony and lake view. Plentiful buffet breakfast with service of eggs, coffee. Parking free. Proximity to lake ferries. Proximity to restaurants in town. Helpful service.
Dinner cuisine and ambiance were not of comparable level to the hotel's four stars and other features.

Location was perfect!!! Ferry was directly outside the hotel and Town was a 3 minute walk!
There could be a little more staff to assist with parking, arrival and departure.

Beautiful View, Excellent restaurant and exceptional breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great value!
The rooms need some remodeling. The bathroom small dark and crowded.

the localization is really the topping in the cake !! the view from the room is surreal and I could have stayed longer ! The boat stop is clue to the hotel and it’s great. Menaggio city is lovely and I recommend stay here.
the place is old so don’t have much of new furnitures and stuff but it’s worth it

The location is perfect. Easy to catch the ferry. Right on the lake with magnificent views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The pool was very nice.
An express shuttle from train station to hotel would be great. But the hotel is fantastic

It was next to the water taxi.
The rooms are falsely advertised and out of date. The bed consist of two twin mattresses that sunk in and incredibly hard on your back. Insects were an issue. Do not be surprised waking up with random bug bites.

The location was amazing
We had a room at the back of the hotel and while we did not have a lake view the room was adequate.
Obviously a room with a lake view is the optimism here

old furniture too old even the bed and bathroom is really too small the shower and no balcony for us we already recommended but nothing that day and we gave an expensive shirt for them to laundry it came with a bug change of color and damage
