Lo staff perfetto in tutto e gentilissimo. Un grazie particolare allo staff del miniclub e dei ristoranti alla carta. Ma anche allo staff del bar della hall, insomma tutto perfetto, esperienza a 5 stelle.

L' organizzazione della spa. Massaggio perfetto, ma durante il percorso tra piscina , sauna ecc, non si è seguiti come nel resto della struttura.

This is an excellent resort with fantastic facilities for families. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special. Our daughter has some food allergies. When we communicated with Giovanni the food and beverage manager, all staff were made aware immediately. Our special thanks goes to Giovanni, Angelo La Placa ( excellent memory of our daughter’s allergies and reassured us, very well deserve a promotion to Maitre from being a secondo maitre), Tonino Forzisi ( even on the day we were leaving remembered to provide special breakfast for our daughter, thank you), Maria Grazia Nasca ( always prepared fresh amazing bolognaise in separate saucepans for our daughter, amazing care and a very good chef), all animation team for entertaining all the kids and keeping them occupied by playing Uno until late after dinner, amazing disco, yoga, kids club. We have never seen such genuine dedication for entertaining kids and adults anywhere before. Also for head of animation team for double checking our daughter’s allergies before giving her food at the Easter party. The food is excellent with so much choice. Pools are amazing. Very clean resort. Also the pianist outside the restaurant is an amazing musician. It was a real privilege to listen to him while falling sleep.

Amazing food, nice personnel, clean rooms, lots of activities for babies, kids, adults.

Pools have already started “losing floor”, they need to be renovated. Beach is small and the sea entrance could be a bit better as it’s almost impossible to enter without shoes. Our bungalow was far from everything except from the signature level pool (and we are not SL members). Unfinished buildings around it.

Great hotel, if you want just rest and do nothing. It was our case, so we are happy. Great stuff, good bars and tasty cocktails , good beach, many different tasty food - all you need to relax. They gave us bottle of prosecco and cake on birthday - it was very kind. One of best relaxing hotel

The hotel exceeded my expectation in terms of facilities and activities and I would defiantly visit it again in the future

Large hotel , upgraded to the signature package which gave us access to another restaurant, own pool area and better drinks package in the room ( but had to ask for it to be refilled) and at the bars. Individual restaurants were good, staff were very friendly, catered well for people with special dietary requirements . Evening Entertainment was ok - away from main hotel so not necessarily well attended - lots going on to entertain you in the day Very clean rooms - stayed in the bungalows away from main hotel - issue with building work next door but sorted once complained to hotel manager who moved us away from noise ; unfortunately the rooms were given to the next unsuspecting guests….) Hotel a little isolated - so understand why all inclusive

A little isolated so if you want to get about , need to go on organised trips or hire a car Despite the hotel rules stating that no one could hold the sun beds - everyone did so often couldn’t find a bed by the pool despite the beds being unoccupied for long periods of time

First of all- the room was very far from being worth 400+ EUR. It was a very small, dark room, with a small table into the wall. Certainly nowhere near 5 star conditions, even if everything was modern!

This is an amazing hotel with great staff, very good facilities. Pools were great! Beach is pebbly but the sea is very good for swimming. All the members of the entertainment team were lovely. Hotel is beautiful. Very nice rooms. Food was really tasty in the buffet. Great Lunch at Portofino restaurant. Would not make a big effort to book the a la carte restaurants as buffet food is better.

I didn’t like the food in a Thai restaurant.

Went from 3 adults to 2 and check out and in again could have been better.
