The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and the location very convenient for our travels due to it's proximity to Ikebukuro station. We did not do the breakfast so cannot comment on the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel right next to the Ikebukuro station and easy access to Yamanote line. Most hotels in Japan are reasonably small like this one, but this room was very spacious for the size. Very clean, lovely amenities and TV with streaming services to enjoy after a long day. Bathroom is compact but comfortable and very clean. We didn’t get the breakfast included but enjoyed the buffet for one morning. The food was delicious with lots of variety. Added bonus was the airport shuttle to Haneda airport, very reasonably priced and saved us a lot of time to catch our flight home. Would definitely stay again in future!

It was a little expensive, but I suspect the time of year we chose to travel impacted the price.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet due to the large variety of cuisines and food options. The restaurant environment was very comfortable as well. It was also a very convenient location, minutes away from the station. The staff were friendly.

The bathroom was lacking sufficient ventilation. It would have been useful if every floor had a microwave next to the vending machine and ice dispenser. The TV channels were very limited, without any international channels.

Fantastic location and very lovely room. Nice and spacious.

This is my go to hotel in Ikebukuro. The location is perfect across the train station. Family Mart, 7-11, Lawsons all around and many other restaurants, cafes and malls. It’s a slower pace than sunshine city area, but I love it. The Cross Point dining is amazing the food is delicious. Staff are very friendly. I like how the airport limousine bus stops here, so convenient.

Rooms are small, but bigger than some other hotels.

Excellent location near many eateries and walking distance to shopping mall. For pokemon fans, there is a pokemon centre (gift shop) nearby at Sunshine city

Although the room is a bit old but it’s well maintained, functional and very clean. Their linen and amenities are also good.

Only if bathroom can be bigger it would be perfect!
