Bel hôtel, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner extra et varié, piscine et terrasse agréable mais la piscine n'est pas chauffée, literie confortable, frigo avec 2 bouteilles d'eau offerte, wifi qui fonctionne très bien et TV connectée où on peut mettre son propre compte Netflix.
Problème d'insonorisation dans les chambres, on entend ce qui se passe dans le couloir et on entend également le réveil du voisin. Nous avons été obligé de changer de chambre car nous étions au premier étage certainement au dessus du restaurant et donc impossible de dormir dès 6h du matin. Mais le personnel a directement proposé un changement de chambre ! Ils ont été très réactifs. Ce que nous avons bcp apprécié.

Good location. Swimming pool on the roof. The room has a private bathroom. The location was quite good. The metro was nearby. Sagrada Familia is about 30 minutes walk
There is no soundproofing of the rooms at all. The staff can't do anything about the noisy neighbors. Breakfast costs 15 euros, which is very, very expensive. The wifi quality was very poor.

Everything was excellent, whether it was the attitude of the front desk clerk or the proficiency of the cleaning staff who entered the room, it was very good. My girlfriend and I lived very happily and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
The voltage in the room may be a little unstable, because the electricity in the room suddenly tripped when I used the hair dryer. 🥲

It was clean and the reception, bar and lobby was very comfortable.
Room 300 was in poor condition, the wall paper falling off the wall, the floor laminate poorly laid. The size of the room for 4 star was very restricted and the noise levels from the corridor and adjoining rooms was excessive.

La struttura è di ottimo livello, anche se alcune parti del bagno andrebbero rinnovate. Staff gentile e collaborativo.
La posizione è piuttosto scomoda, mal servita dai mezzi. Insonorizzazione delle camere da rivedere.

het personeel was erg behulpzaam, meedenkend, vriendelijk.
locatie was goed metro dichtbij. ontbijt was erg goed. veel variatie. 1 tip om de borden op meerdere plaatsen te zetten. bij het brood was geen enkel bord. en misschien de yoghurt en kwark bij de muesli te zetten.
ook de bedden waren erg goed. en zeker een pluspunt de goede hoofdkussens. top
op onze kamer stond maar 1 kamerstoel. aangezien wij met tweeën waren moest er iemand op het bed zitten. wij zijn al iets ouder en kunnen zo niet lang zitten. ik heb 3x om een tweede kamerstoel gevraagd maar uiteindelijk niet gekregen.?

Posizione assolutamente non buona sechai famiglia con bambini piccoli. Sppra una collinetta molto pesante da fare a piedi. Il giorno della partenza non hanno neanche voluto chiamarci un taxi.

Für unseren Städetrip ein völlig ausreichendes Hotel. Super Lage. Sauber. Leider fehlte die Klobürste. Kenne ich so nicht.

Das Hotel liegt direkt dann der Metro Station Lesseps von der aus man sehr gut viel sehenswertes erreichen kann . Man ist sehr schnell beim Park Guell der liegt direkt um die Ecke .
Das Personal war sehr nett und der Pool ist ein netter Bonus .
Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sowohl im Badezimmer als auch im Schlafbereich. Das ist an sich ja auch kein Problem aber für das Preis—Leistungsverhältnis ist das Hotel sehr teuer für das was es „bietet“.

Breakfast was copious but the breakfast room is badly laid out and difficult to use, especially at busy times.
Private roof terrace was a good feature.
Rooms are small and not well soundproofed.
Access is poor, with steps down from the road and no ramp for luggage.

Das Zimmer an sich war sehr geräumig und das Putzpersonal war bemüht alles sauber zu halten. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gross und vielseitig.
Der Duschkopf war voller Schimmel!! Das Frühstück war etwas teuer.

Nothing, far from underground, room small and staff unpleasant
Catalan people are known for not being warm and welcoming. This hotel and its staff are the proof. Besides everything else, we were treated and felt like some thieves for taking out of the breakfast room an apple. I repeat 1 apple. Don’t choose this hotel if you go to Barcelona. Better than that, don’t go to Barcelona. Spain has so many other places beautiful and welcoming.

The room was nice and clean, it has a good size and it was comfy. The pool was amazing on the rooftop. The breakfast was amazing, great amount, and so delicious. The staff was professional and helpful.
The room was sooooo noisy, the street was full of garbage trucks, motorbikes, trucks, buses in the middle of the night, and the street right in front of the hotel was smelly and dirty with a rat. And there was a huge cockroach living under the bathroom door's wood. It was shocking.
