Host was not there. Had to wait 1 hour to receive the code to access the hotel. Despite emaling the business several time in order to receive my invoice for business reimbursement, i have received No response. Very bad and unprofessional.

First room very small and dowdy, moved to another room

Breakfast ok, location good.

Very impersonal, very few staff, no facilities.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable.

There's no air conditioning which meant we had to leave the windows open and our room faced the car park so there were issues with noise and privacy. We asked for a fan for the room and but none were available. Car parking for guests is a lottery as the car park is also available to the public for all day parking. We were lucky with the availability of spaces, other guests weren't.

Checking in was an ordeal. Unprofessional. Nobody on reception when we checked out.

Cozy place with very helpful personnel. Place is in good walking distance to city center.
