We absolutely loved how conveniently this hotel is located in the most happening district - Shinjuku. It's proximity to wide range of shops enabled us to make last-min purchases without hassle. The surroundings were always buzzing with life and perfect for families to get into the vibe. Buffet breakfast was delicious and worth the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Staff are very helpful and very kind.

The only small hiccup we had was that the staff provided towels only for 2 when we were three. Some days we specifically informed at the reception to provide towels for a family of 3 and other days we forgot.

Location was good. The room was a bit small for two Australian males but we managed. Great staff; friendly and helpful.

10min walk to Shinjuku station, next to a lot of nightlife (Kabukicho, Golden Gai)

The surrounding area Kabukicho is a famous nightlife area; it’s very safe but busy

Location was right in the heart of shinjuku. They also had a coin laundry, which was available whenever i needed to do my laundry.

The room was awful & the carpet couldn't be walked on in bare feet as it was disgusting. The bed & pillows were terrible. The breakfast was shocking

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful . The rooms are individually fit. Mine was 24 m² and it was very good. The location is perfect, however be aware that the hotel starts at 3rd floor. You do have an elevator all the way. The breakfast is good and offers enough options.

Tiene una localización muy buena , a dos pasos de la estación de Shinjuku y al lado de Golden Gai y Kabukicho. Es la parte comercial y de bullicio de Tokio y es súper conveniente para salir por la noche a cenar pues toda la zona es muy segura..

La zona es muy animada, pero justo la calle en la que está el hotel tiene demasiado ambiente con algunas señoritas , que no molestan , pero que están en la calle cuando sales del hotel a dar un paseo. Es toda la calle súper segura como todo el barrio , pero lo que comento no me agradó La habitación es muy pequeña, con cama muy pequeña para dos , con un lado pegada a la pared , almohadas muy duras ,baño bien, no hay ruido del exterior, y el hotel es muy tranquilo . Mi opinión es que por el precio puedes conseguir un hotel más completo y en una calle con bullicio pero sin señoritas alrededor.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. It is 25m to the Golden Gai in Shinjuku. There is a Lawson's and 711 downtairs and it is walking distance to a number of area attractions. It is very busy and the downstairs amenities are great. Toothbrushes, razors etc.

The rooms are small by normal standards. While I enjoyed the area and its attractions the windows are thin and the noise of the street comes in at night. The hotel has a policy that you must sign up for their app and login in order to check in so it takes time and was annoying. They should let you know to do it up front.

The location is excellent and the staff helpful.. The massage chairs available free to guests

The bed is uncomfortable and pushed up against a wall so very difficult for someone to get in and out of bed. Cold breakfast food for example omelette

הצוות היה אדיב, ענה לכל שאלה ובקשה, המיקום מצויין, לא מפחיד בכלל שזה על קצה רחוב איזור הקאצ'בורי (מועדני הלילה קרובים), לא הסתובבנו מאוחר בלילה אבל עד 22:00 לא היתה בעיה, החדר היה קטן אבל הפתיע לטובה שזה לא נורא בכלל.

ניקיון החדרים לא מספיק טוב, המכונת קפה שבלובי היה תקולה יומיים מתוך 4 שהיינו.

It is listed on Booking.com as a 4 star hotel. It isn’t and should be corrected. The room I was given was dingy, cramped even with Tokyo standards with several stains on the carpet. No amenities. It wasn’t a good value at all and unless a great deal is offered, I don’t recommend this place

The location is very good. Restaurants are within a walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great facilities and great service, felt completely safe and comfortable there. Awesome room, would stay again.

Shinjuku location is very central and easy to get around and staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and although we had some room issues, these were quickly rectified by the hotel.

Having stayed before in Shinjuku several times I knew what to expect however it’s very seedy specifically at the hotel entrance with foreign men trying to trap tourists into some high price nearby “entertainment” constantly gawking and propositioning my teenage daughter even when I held her in my arms. The hotel is spacious enough although for a couple I’d take a twin not a double as the beds are too small for two people, but would likely stay a hotel a few blocks away again and walk in each day. The noise at night was quite loud and although you sleep through it, it’s noticeable and so too are the ambulance sirens.

Went for delux double room on second visit. The 'hot tub' is a bath. Room no bigger than standard double room which is small. Hard to spot any real difference between rooms.
