The staff were charming and the breakfasts excellent. The concierge, Emanuelle, was amazing at finding us great options for lunch and dinner. The spa was a wonderful relaxation at the end of the day.

just one thing, the price you pay for a room is insane considering how small the room is. So this is the only thing that I didn’t like. :)

The location is superb, the rooms comfortable and with lovely views. The Spa is beautifully appointed and the treatments were of a very high standard. We had dinner in the gourmet restaurant, which was fantastic and the service exemplary. We found all the staff to be professional, friendly and eager to make our stay as special as possible. we will definitely return!

I run out of superlatives when trying to describe our stay. The location, room, breakfast , facilities, restaurants were all great but nothing beats the care and warmth shown to us by the staff. Everyone from the concierges, ski shop, restaurant, bar and drivers were all knowledgeable , caring and ready to help. The partners they recommend like the ski instructors, dog sledding and snow mobile services were all really professional. Its our first visit and we look forward to many more to come. Thank you.

The property is well placed. The rooms are a little small but comfortable and clean. Good restaurants and bar . The staff were polite and friendly.
