We stay here as often as we can, we love the location and the customer service.

From the time I booked until the end of the stay Elvy his process, his Lovely Home, the Awesome Location was Everything. So there is only 1 way to describe my experience and Stay and that is the "Bomb.com"

The townhome was what we needed. Very close to everything we wanted to see. We did not drive more than 15 min to anything. Easy on and off to interstate. Private garage was a huge plus! We did not use kitchen so can not rate that. Only downfall that is no fault to the owner but the street outside condo is very loud at night. We had 4 adults so 1 slept on the futon in living room and it was very loud at night. Just a heads up. Upstairs bedrooms were ok. Fire station is also right next door. Again, no fault to owner, just good to know when booking. More shower towels would have been nice as well. Overall would recommend

Stayed at this amazing location for College Football weekend. Elvy was amazing and ALWAYS available and gracious even via text. Location is perfect and close to everything in downtown ATL. Great places within walking distance and close to all major attractions driving or via Uber. I would definitely stay there again. Location had all the amenities and was very clean when we checked in. Would definitely stay here again. FIVE STARS

This clean and spacious multi-story townhome is located within walking distance to Atlantic Station shopping area with multiple restaurants and a movie theater. It was nice to have an attached garage and free street parking. The owners were amazing and quite responsive. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a stress-free experience.

This property is perfectly situated a couple of easy walking blocks from Atlantic Station in a very safe area of the city. The property is nicely kept and the owner was readily available. Lots of amenities left for us - like coffee, cream, and sugar! Because it is in the heart of the area, you can hear traffic but it didn't bother us.

The home was wonderful! The location was amazing also! We were in walking distance shops and restaurants at Atlantic Station! I would love to stay here again!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Atlanta. We came into town for the Atlanta Open Tennis Tournament, and were thrilled with our stay. The townhome is well designed, and perfectly situated for Atlantic Station accessibility. It is a short and safe walk to all the shopping, eating and entertainment spots. There is a nice sized garage and street parking. The area is well lit, and feels safe. The townhome was clean and very well stocked with dishes, linens, blankets, coffee and tea, and personal care products. The townhome was clean and smelled fresh. The owner is very friendly, accommodating and prompt in communicating. Overall, this is the kind of vacation rental that you can reflect on as a great stay. If I had a rental, I would try to do it the way Elvy has. We would recommend this townhome without hesitation!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay, and you couldn’t ask for a better central location. The owner: VERY timely communication, quickly responds to questions. The house: Self check-in is very convenient. The house had a cool layout. Garage on bottom floor (a very nice perk to have in a big city!); living, half bath and kitchen on second floor; bedrooms, laundry, and full bathroom on third. It’s the last one on a street’s worth of row houses, so it has the benefit of three walls of windows. The natural light was a big plus! Although in a central location, it is very near to the highway behind Atlantic Station, and is also right across the street from a fire house - the noise level, especially at night, was a little excessive. Probably not a great place for light sleepers. Cleanliness: the house was very clean and smelled freshly mopped when arriving, but the stairs from the front door and down to the garage could have used some work; a layer of dirt from consistent foot traffic, I assume. Amenities: The kitchen had all the basics that you would need for meal prep. It was clean, and there was a Keurig with tea/coffee K cups, as well as sweeteners and creamer available. The microwave was a little finicky, but functions. There were plenty of towels and pillows, with extras in the closets upstairs. Outside: There were two sizable decks with decent views, but the highway noise made it a little less enjoyable. Location: Right behind Atlantic Station, so close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was very walkable. Despite the few cons listed above, we were pleased with our stay. We would definitely consider booking again.

This was our first experience at staying at a non conventional hotel. While there were a couple things that initially concerned us, our host was very responsive(within minutes) and quickly resolved our concerns. Overall, my family and I loved this townhouse. It was perfectly located to shopping, restaurants, expressways. The outdoor space and parking was also incredibly convenient. Would definitely look to stay there again.

Perfect amount of room for three of us. Our host was very communicative and so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the place.

Our hostess, Elvy, was so accommodating to our needs and requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used Lyft for all or transportation needs and this location is so perfect and close to everything that it was easy to get around inexpensively. Beautiful place to stay, clean and bright.

Everything wasn't as it was told to us.. It was so much BETTER!! Owners, helpful beyond words. No message was left unanswered. The response time to any question was right away. We were there to see Carolina Panthers play in the Mercedes-Benz new stadium. It was great, but the best part to me (miss OCD) was knowing we had a VERY, VERY nice place to stay made the trip even better. YES, I would tell an one go stay and feel safe, taken care of and in that part of town you will enjoy yourself. We are going to stay there every time we go to Atlanta.

What a gem! Absolutely loved it! Will be back in the near future!
