We spent one night at Studio Irineos and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and had all amenities, including a nice sitting area in front of the room. Close to the beach and supermarket. The hosts were kind, check in and check out were smooth and easy. Nice swimming pool.

Everything was great, hosts were really helpful, room was clean for the entire stay (there is an everyday room service, so towels are replaced everyday) and had everything you need (air conditioning, electric kettle, wifi); very good location - beach, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, car rentals, restaurants, bus stop - everything within 3 minutes of walking

It might be not very quiet in the late evening/night, but it depends on who is being hosted (there were some guests who liked sitting by the pool until late night and they talked and laughed really loudly)

- Looks prettier in real life! Quaint and authentically decorated. - The cleaners go the extra mile, are trustworthy and make sure the place is spotless every day. - Studios Irineos is within walking distance to Perissa beach and the local bus station is reliable within a 10 minute walk — I recommend that you walk to Perissa main station, as opposed to the one at the top of the road, as sometimes the bus goes past the smaller stop, if it’s an express bus or if it’s too full. Also, if you’re planning to go over to Kamari (another beach), there is a cool water taxi you can ride! - Fair price to stay in beautiful Santorini. - This apt is close to local amenities and lively bars/restaurants/supermarkets (highly recommend Dorians bar and Bobs Bar which are a 5 min walk).

- Unaccommodating to late departure flights - if you have a late flight upon departure, either stay another night or plan a day away from this apt as the reception was only open until 15:00 during our stay and we were expected to leave premisses by 11:00, our flight was at 23:00. - The facilities (outdoor pool) is very small and very overlooked by passersby, cleaners/host/other guests making it a bit uncomfortable to relax/sunbathe in peace. - Host not welcoming to friends/relatives coming by to say hello - we had relatives staying close who came over to see us which was a concern for the host.

The pool was amazing and the building itself was lovely. the balcony view was nice and the room was spacious with everything we needed. The staff was excellent. Good location, very short walk to the beach, bus stop and shops.

Irène was a great host. She help us with good restaurant and directed us to nice place to visite. Very clean. Transport to the airport hurly in the morning. Very appreciated because Ireneos bring us back to the airport.

Nice pool, very good location, 2 min from the black sand beach, 1 min from bus station, next to restaurants and markets. Very friendly owners,they helped me with transfer from and to airport though it was early in the morning. You couldn't find a better place. Thanks for the stay, I really enjoy it.

No private balcony but in front of another room so no privacy to stay outside at night. Water from the tap has strange taste. There's no shower in the pool so when you check out and if your flight is late evening you cannot take a shower.

Good location next to very nice perissa Beach, nice building, bed very comfortable, big room nice bathroom.

A beautiful balcony with a mountain view. Is located near a large parking lot and many shops, as well as a beach with an equipped promenade. Daily cleaned. For those who like it, there is also a swimming pool.

I arrive before check in, and my room was ready 30 min after my arrival. The host was very welcoming and nice. The room was nice and clean The pool was nice enough to sit by and hop in to cool of.

The toilet was a bit high.

Great location - near the beach, bakery, supermarket, parking, moto rental, everything around the corner. Building is not located directly at the main road which is a plus. Studio was super clean, well-equipped, with a spacious balcony. Pool was lovely and enough size for us. Pick up from the airport was provided. We were very happy with our stay.
