I only stayed for a day long layover but the staff were really nice, and even handed me boxed breakfast when I had to checkout early morning for my flight.

Ms Pamela at the Reception was so courteous and was very professional. Shes an asset to any organisation.

Overall the hotel is on a great location. And the staff are very friendly.

We were upgraded to a lovely, large room with a lounge separate to the bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities were spotless, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks in the bar were both very good and a reasonable price.

The hotel is nice and cozy. Great location. The staff (Emily and the others) were very friendly and made us feel great. They assisted with all our requirements and helped with transportation within the city and organizing travels in the region. The hotel even covered the expenses for the taxi from and to the airport. I definitely recommend the Aristo Hotel as a place to stay if you visit Ho Chi Minh City.

The staff Pamela and Emily did an excellent job in preparing our honeymoon stay with free upgrade. They decorated with rose petals and towel swans and also gave us complimentary drinks. Hope the receptionist was super helpful, too. They are very friendly and helpful. Best recommended stay. There are no doubts about their hospitality.

The staff are very professional, and very helpful. Room cleaning is very thorough, and the room smells fresh every time. The air-conditioning is quiet and works perfectly. Water, cola, and beer are replenished everyday. Water pressure is strong at our floor, and the hot water is perfect. The location is perfect and is just a 5-15 minute walk from most of the major tourist spots.

The hotel is not brand new and the furniture looks aged. The sound proofing is not perfect, and if you have noisy neighbors — you’ll definitely know it.

the staff were very friendly and the hotel had everything we needed. There was a small restaurant that we could use at anytime of the day . A lovely gesture too, was the surprise presentation of a birthday cake for a member of our party. A really good place to stay, close to the centre but away from the chaos of the traffic.

We reached the hotel early and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Though our check was at 3pm they allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby. The front office team was very helpful and the manager gave us a complimentary upgrade. The rooms was clean and tidy all the time, the minibar was great. We only had the breakfast for all the days we stayed and the food was great. They have a variety of spread and it was good. The bar at the entrance of the hotel is also very good, the drinks are priced reasonable. The best part of this hotel is the location, it is so central to all the tourist places, the street food market and Beth Thanh market. Cabs are very easy to get outside the hotel. If we get a chance we will surely come back to the hotel and stay here. Thank you team for a great stay.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, helping me get a sim card and answering any questions I had. The manager was great and they threw in a free room ugpade when I extended my trip. The onsite spa was a nice touch althougha tad mroe expensive than the area, that said they did have discounts for the first massage service for hotel guests. Location was ideal for walking around and very easy to get to.

No major gripes, the VIP room would benefit from a power outlet closer to the desk for any kind of remote work that might need to take place and the building was a touch dated but great value. Remote control for the AC units would also be a nice touch, bit inconvenient the panal being by the door. All the staff were lovely though.

Great location. Walking distance to many fine restaurants. The room was clean, quiet and had all the necessities. The bad was large and very comfortable. The people working the front desk spoke English very well and were very helpful.
