Lovely views

We originally booked a 7 night stay here. We booked a one bedroom apartment with a terrace, however when we we shown our room we had been given a grim looking two bedroom that could sleep 6. However a bigger room does not mean better quality. We had no hot water. The shower had mould growing in the corner. The light switch was broken. The hob didn’t work and leaked gas and same for the oven. Upon reporting this to reception a member of staff came out to look and simply said “don’t touch it” After further pushing someone came out a day later with a screwdriver and tried to fix everything. The only thing fixed was the light switch and we were given a lighter in order to light the stove and oven (which started smoking) After two nights we decided it was better for our own safety if we packed up and stayed somewhere else. All the staff (apart from one lovely lady) were blunt and rude. Even down to the hotel manager who refused to get off the sofa with a cigarette in her hand when I tried to arrange a taxi. The facilities in the room and hotel cost an extortionate amount and are equivalent to something out of a horror film. We are attempting to get a refund however they won’t respond to booking.com emails, same for when we tried to contact them we got the phone put down on us and ignored. if you need any solid advice DO NOT STAY HERE

We had great stay at Hotel Residence Sciaron,the staff is nice and helpfull, the surrounding area with seaview and swimming pool is amazing. Our appartment was clean and comfy and had inside all we needed. I highly recommend this place.

Everything from the place we stood, the staff we met and the views were great.

No cons for this place, only suggestions of improvements: to put an iron in the apartment for those who will need, to put a swob in the bathrooms and maybe to put a water tap somewhere outside so that people who come from the beach can wash before entering the apartments.
