It was dirty and outdated. shower didn't work properly and soaked the floor and very small and no ventilation. Beds were hard. Traffic was loud and we could hear people talking word for word most the night. Didn't know how to sign in and ended up calling them twice standing in the pouring rain waiting for help.

That it was available....booking.com cancelled my choice 3hrs before arrival and offered this as suggestion

Was old, had to chase for a towel, staff complained about each other to me. Loud externally with cheap bed.

They allowed me to park there at no extra charge for two days. Thank you.

Convenient location for Legoland. Ideal for my son and I. Microwave came in handy for breakfast. Good for the cheap price.

Slight confusion on arrival as the protocol wasn't very clear, but was soon sorted after a phonecall to the owner. Most of the room seamed pretty clean, but bedside table clearly hadn't been cleaned as there was food scraps on top

The breakfast was so expensive we could not do it. But I liked the amount of beds in my room and the owner was kind.

I did not like that there was no receptionist to check us in, even though we had an arrival time. We did not appreciate that the Lodge was locked, dark, and had no receptionist when we arrived. When we were finally let in - it was by some friend of the owner who was helping him out. We did not appreciate that our toilet didn’t work, a bed had a hole in the sheets, and it was loud - right by a main street. And we put a chair under the door because we were concerned for our safety. This was one of the scariest hotel experiences I have ever had - and I have traveled since I was 5, all over the world.
