Place is clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly and breakfast was great
The showers are open they need to install shower doors and glasses. It’s uncomfortable to bath cause the whole floor gets wet and its cold cause its open.

it was a good location with a pretty view of the estuary. the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and worked hard to ensure we had a good stay. There was also a great restaurant within walking distance from the hotel.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Ilse and Tracy. They always had a back up plan in addition to their generator with all the loadshedding happening. Ilse and Travy made us feel so welcomed and at home. The food was amazing, rooms were always clean and views are breathtaking. Definitely coming back here again.

The staff are amazing and are so welcoming and friendly. Really made the stay pleasant and were always ready to assist where they could. The staff really make the place great.
There was no hot water in the showers. The bedroom linen had blood stains on it and there was a funny smell on the sheets. Check-in was supposed to be at 15:00. We arrived at 16:00 and our room was still not ready. Our room was also placed outside the bar so after dinner, we had to walk through a bunch of drunk people to get to our room. The noise is also not great and the bar only shuts down at around 23:00.

Such a beautiful resort with the most amazing staff. You certainly have a gem of a place!
The aircon did not work due to loadshedding, but it was explained very graciously that the parts would only be available next year. Otherwise it was perfect, thank you!

We were taken care of in an excellent way and our room was very comfortable, staff are so willing to help. In-house chef - food quality excellent and wine served.
