Had a one night stay due to a flight delay. It was close to the airport and cost 15usd to get there from the airport for me and my hubby. It is convenient and suitable for the night we stayed.

This hotel came in hand as we missed our flight and needed somewhere to stay for the evening. There is a pool and a cook on staff. This is not your all inclusive resort hotel. This is more for people who live locally and just need somewhere to stay while in town.

The property was ok. It's very old but I guess they're trying to jave a vintage look. Tjere was no warm water in my room, so I'm not sure abt the rest of the hotel

Very noisy, walls are very thin, staff is unfriendly and indifferent, roaches in the bathtub, dusty and dirty. I had to take a night there due to a flight cancellation, it was the only available hotel. I would have rather stayed at the airport.

The truth is the place is old room not clean there was a order coming from my room the bathroom a stink one by experience overall was poor. I will never introduce nobody to that place. I’m sorry, but is the truth.

This place is run down and dingy. The entire place needs remodeling, renovation, and updated everything. The towels were disgusting and the chair had a big stain in it. I could go on and on but it was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Never the less it's super close to the airport so a little investment in this place could help it generate much more...

My stay was excellent, room was clean , i had hot water , air conditioniner , staff was polite .

The electric outlet was loose/ no tv remote,the pool needs cleaning,,,this was was of my Best hotel in Montego Bay but it is loose its Beauty it’s horrible now

Room was clean but in need of serious renovation.

I arrived at the property and was told that our reservation was not sent to the property by Expedia and was told to leave the property for two hours until they straighten things out. TV did not work. The toilet did not flush. There was a gap in the balcony door, where the handle was torn out. The bathroom door did not close.. there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Etc. etc..

The common areas are dark and dingy. The door on the room has a simple lock with no dead bolt or chain, while the Small TV is in cased in rebarb. So they have extreme security for their TV, but nothing for your belongs. It’s unbearably noisy. Street noise out of the sliding door and lounge music blaring from the courtyard. They did not receive my reservations from Orbitz and told me that they dont use Orbits for booking even though I showed them the email. So I was exhausted and tired, so they told me to cancel the two day reservation that I had and pay for a single night. So far no refund. They told me they couldnt do it and to talk to Orbitz. So far. no refund. Besides no safe in the room, I rented a safety deposit box for $5, but it was 3 inches wide, too small to hold my Ipad and other valuables. The lobby shuts down at 10:30, so there is no drinkable water in the room or lobby at that time. Not the best.

I was so disappointed , the room was not properly clean, there was a couple that stayed in the room before me, their slippers were still there, seems like they were on their moon. There was hair in the bathroom sink. Just disgusting, room need a lot of work . Window curtains need to wash. May I truly believe that they should inspect the room before putting anyone in there. experience was not good.

I expected clean usable towels. The towels are thread bare. The sheets were dingy. I used one use sheets to cover the bed. They really need to invest in new linen and towels.

Hotel Gloriana is a friendly hotel. Ms Gloriana and her staff were very friendly.

The service was on point. Friendly staff and willing to help. Property is clean. I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel. I have been coming to Mobay for 7yrs and have stayed in many hotels. So far this is my favorite and i look forward to staying there on my next trip.

1st room the bathroom light/ refrigerater wasn't working and they changed it immediately

I always stay at this hotel when in Jamaica was beautiful at first ,but now the place is in need of a face lift .the electric outlet in the room was loose and so many other things ##need a lot of maintenance

This hotel needs some TLC, make it more comfortable. Looks nothing like the pictures, gives MOTEL. I stayed out and partied just so I wasn’t there for long 😂 wasn’t comfortable at all.

I reserved a room with one king size bed and settled with what they had remaining. Upon arrival, it took 1 hour to check in because they overbooked the rooms. The airport that day cancelled all their flights, mine included. so all the travelers scrambled to get a room because the airport didn’t allow overnight stay. Many others were turned away that came after us. As we entered the room, housekeeping was leaving from just barely readying the room before we arrived. Thinking back on it, they reception desk delayed our checkin because the room was ready. Keep in mind this was 5:30 in the evening, beyond checkin time. The room has no windows or a peep in the door, the tv was not functional, toilet seat loose, bathroom facet flew off when water turned on, no ventilation in bathroom, sheets were damp.

Had a flight delayed overnight so needed emergency lodging. Hotel was recommended by airport staff. Expedia entry for hotel indicated they had a free shuttle from airport. I called to make arrangements. They asked how I made my reservation. When I said Expedia they said they needed to call me back. After a hour there was no call back. My wife called and was told we would get a call back. After 30 minutes with no call back my wife called and got the same "we will call you." I was clearly concerned, but we walked to the hotel, anyway, as it was close on level ground. We forgot that the walkways would be difficult and there would be lots of mosquitos. On our arrival at the hotel, the desk personnel said they were overbooked and were not accepting any web reservations and we, along with many others, were told to leave. We looked for other lodging, found none and settled into the airport for the night. I requested a refund and Expedia called the hotel. Hotel said they had my room and were waiting for me! My personal impression was that with the cancelled flights that the hotel wanted to skip out on the Expedia fees and only do direct bookings, leaving one room available for complaints. Nothing Expedia did or said gave me that impression, it is strictly mine. Expedia was very prompt and professional in handling the situation. I was told I would receive a full refund, but the refunded amount was short $15, which I am ignoring as part of my education.

Absolutely terrible. They gave away my room when thought I made reserved it weeks in advance. The staff was so rude as well

Horrible service - do not book this hotel. We arrived at the property and our reservation was cancelled without notice. Expedia did an excellent job with finding another hotel.

I loved that it was close to everything! Very nice and professional. Clean and very comfortable. I been to Jamaica over 30 times in the last 13 years . This hotel by far is my favorite and highly recommended

The Room was Dated towels needed to be thrown away the Main light fittings was literally hanging off the Bed . Would never ever go back there even if i was Desperate

Very well situated to airport. However don’t let the shuttle service as advertised fool you! Shuttle service is a taxi that you cover the fee. Rooms very tired and need update. Linens very itchy and lowest quality. Road outside hotel very noisy, expect limited rest. Walking distance to a few restaurants.

Cleanliness of the room could have been better eg: carpet wasnt properly vacuum. Split liquid on dress drawers. Used soap in bathroom. Towels had stains on then.
