It was great other than the accessible room was the furthest from the elevator - and too far for those who don’t walk easily.

Comfortable new hotel away from unfortunately the homeless downtown in Pendleton. Nice views of the distant ridgeline/mountains and very safe and quiet.

Well maintained newer property. Great bed, spacious room, clean great view. Only negatives, no in room microwave.

A sparkling clean room and bathroom are very important to me. This newer hotel is exactly that. It is outside of the downtown Pendleton area with not much around in the way of food, but we just ate in town before heading to the hotel. Great staff, well lit parking lot. Didn't hear any noise from the small neighboring airport during our overnight stay.

Clean facility and comfortable beds. Non complimentary breakfast at hotel restaurant was pretty good and reasonably priced.

Poor services. No professional appearance. Not helpful or interested taking care of customers. Watched a few customers waiting to check in had same experience. Very disappointed. Would never stay at a Raddison again. For a recent new opening hotel within last year, actually shocked with all the customer service. I put the blame on corporate Raddison for these poor dress code and standards. We paid over $250 for the night. Asked if there was any coffee available at 9:00am in lobby. The answer was purchase in bar $. Even motel 6 offers coffee in lobby. In the past we have stayed at many Raddison hotels through out the states. This experience was so shocking and disappointing at the hotel. Staying and traveling about pleasure and experience. Treated with kindness and being helpful. This is the first time I ever wrote a poor review. The corporate office could invest some training and proper dress code.
