The location was excelent. The owner was nice and helpful

We booked it for staying during triatlon event. It is near Old town, owners are really friendly and trying to help. They allowed us to leave a car after check out on their parking and we were really happy about it:) Room itself looked recently renovated, i found everything needed for short stay. I would add a breakfast and it wil be ideal place for me for short stay:)

There seemed to be issue with the shower in my room - the water was on the floor even after quick shower. Room can look small but it is functional:)

apartment was a lot smaller than anticipated. bathroom door needs attention no toaster or microwave and only one ring works properly on the cooker.

- Near the beach and accessible to restuarants, mall and old town by foot - wonderful sea and mountain views from the balcony - very clean and newly renovated property - super friendly and generous hosts who would always share something to drink . We even had a free ride going to the main bus station

The biggest advantage of this place is personnel and absolutely nice & friendly Lady that welcomes you with a glass of wine & snacks. You can always expect a coffee or other glass of delicious house wine if you stay there longer. Some rooms have a great view of the Kotor Bay. The room was large, with well equipped kitchenette and clean bathroom. The great location very close to Kotor Old Town and the Kotor beach. Note there is a shortcut get there by stairs very close to the apartment. The large Voli supermarket is also very close to the apartment. I would definitely book the same room again.

The parking lot is a little bit narrow so you need to be careful, but this is the same story everywhere else Montenegro.

The host were lovely, very welcoming and warm. The y were waiting for us with drinks and a delicious homemade cake. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Location was perfect to get easy to the beach. 15 min walking to old town. Thank you for everything, we will come back for sure!

spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and it has absolutely everything you need. it’s a very quiet and peaceful area but it’s ten mins walk to the old city and 5 mins to the beach.

Amazing location and really clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need. The town is 5-10 minutes walk and the beach is closer. Ratka greeted me with pancakes and a drink which was perfect after a long bus ride and she helped me with questions i had about getting to Perast. I loved my stay here.

View, equipement, location, owner. It was very cozy apartment with everything in place. Old Town is around 7 minutes walk, Kotor beach - 4 minutes (shortcut).

The owner welcomed us with cool drinks in a warm afternoon and also some cake. One day she even brought us pancakes :). She was super helpful and always available on the phone to attend our needs. Great location, nice room, and Kotor is amazing!

The apartment is well located- you can walk 5-8 min from it to the old town. it has a beautiful view from the balcony. The hosts were wonderful- welcomed us with home made cake, beer and juice.

We arrived late in the evening. The hostess was very kind and offered of drinking beer or juice. The apartment was tidy and nice. The location of the apartment is convenient, the city is close by. Thank you!

For the price, the room we had was really nice, it even had a small kitchenette. It was small, but it had a lot of things cramped into it. The host even made us coffee and gave us some cookies which was a nice touch.

The room we had had the window close to stairs, so we were a little worried about privacy because of that. Also the parking spaces are small (but that's to be expected in Kotor).

Beautiful, romantic view from small terrace-balcony, peaceful place, with privacy and comfort. Kind and sooo friendly owner lady. Wine, cakes ❤️ We felt like wanted guests. Apartaments are around 7-10min by feet to Kotor old town. Easy access to bus station (around 20-25min by feet)

Very friendly host. Park behind the building. Nice view from the terrace. Option to barbecue. We received a nice welcoming drink from the host who spoke both English and French.

Everything was really good. Good location, approximately 1km to the Old town, 5 min to the beach. Ratka( host) was very hospitable and helpful. When we arrived she offered us Welcome drinks ( juice, beer, wine, also she treated us with pancakes), and that was really nice cause we were extremely tired. In our apartment we had everything for a comfortable stay (own bathroom, kitchen, balcony with a picturesque view).

Nothing bad happened to us. Good value for money.

The location :very near to the old town and shopping center ,the host: very accomodating and help us with the pcr test&taxi , view : you can see the whole kotor bay as its on a hill ,comfy bed to cap the night after long day outside
