Très bon emplacement et très bon accueil. Nous avons apprécié la place de parking pour notre voiture. La, machine à laver était la bienvenue ! La cuisine très bien !!
Seul petit bémol, le 2eme lit qui est un canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. Il est un peu usé.

Convenient and calm neighbourhood. Bus stop and train station within 10 min walk.
They open the door to your room and leave it open for the majority of the day without asking permission or informing you about it. (Probably to air out the odour that seems to come from the plumbing.) They forgot to close our door after airing out. We came back to the hotel late one evening to a wide open hotel room. When we addressed the matter, they didn't seem concerned at all. Just told us that they were airing out and someone must have forgotten to close the door, that they only air out when no guests are in the hotel. It felt very unsafe.
The rooms were poorly vacuumed, and the mirrors were unclean. The bed was uncomfortable and had a lot of noise. The pillows were a disaster. The furniture was in a bad condition. There was no room to properly fit the foldable table with "chairs" so that four people could sit and eat together.

Our host Azeem (I hope I spelt your name correctly) was fantastic & welcoming. Azeem showed us through his accommodation which was clean & modern with convenience stores very close by. Azeem also runs a quality restaurant next to Lyall Apartment Hotel. The food & service was exceptional. Thank you Azeem to you & your team.
Nothing bad to report. Great host & good advice for novice tourists. Well done Azeem.

Very friendly and welcoming people, nice and calm area, quick train ride to London Bridge and further, 5 min walk to the station, perfect for us as a family.

It was a nice place, and it mostly had what I needed. Small but the right size for just me.
There were no recycling bins and also no iron.

The accommodation was in a word wonderful. Clean. Friendly staff, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful ( he single-handedly dealt with my broken suitcase and helped me fix it temporarily). Train in the centre in 13 min.

Area was good we had a big shop next to us with everything we needed, terrace was lovely and we definitely will stay again. Staff were very nice. It was also very quiet and we had a parking space where are car was behind Ballards so very secure
I would prefer to have a hand held shower head and not just one coming from the ceiling, also the bed in the room i wasn’t the most comfiest I have stayed in, I think the mattress need replacing the pull out bed was better.

We were met by the owner at the door He gave us all the informatoin needed .
The apartment was spotless a lovely kitchen We didn't use too much as there is a nice cafe few doors away called Hs cafe
They did a cheap and good breakfast We also had a meal with family next door Delicious.
And the centre of London is just a little train ride away.
There are lovely plants in the hall way I asked if i could have some shoots of the spider plant. He helped me cut a few of .Very helpful And I have a lasting souvenir :)

We stayed here to be near a family member who lived nearby so location was perfect for us, although it is far from central London. The apartment was small but clean and well equipped, and staff were very friendly. Good value for the location.

The room was very dark and I was very surprised because from the pictures I assumed the beds would be in a separate room to the kitchen
Everything was all in one gloomy room
I was looking forward to sitting on the terrace which was in fact the fire escaped with a few plants and a bike
The bathroom was tiny and was in the kitchen area
I suppose it depends on what you want, but it certainly wasn’t what I expected
We booked for 4 nights but checkout after the first night

The Kitchen needs a bigger frying pan, the shower has no rail to hold onto and I wish it was a hand held shower. The shower was not producing any cold water. I didn't notice any heating system
