Location is perfect, close to a grocery store, horses in walking distance, beautiful nature, buses run regularly and the stops are 5 minutes away. Good breakfast.
The room was obsolete, wash basin cracked, a leaking shower, so after just a quick shower, there was water everywhere on the floor. If there were two persons, the second would be in a pool of water while using the bathroom, the toilet! Carpet in the room old, filthy. The room opened on to the childrens camp, so it was very noisy all the evening, in the morning even at 7 oclock!

The location of the Panzio was as expected. Breakfast was nice.
The room was very shabby and the water in the sink was blocked. The wellness area was not clean and well maintained. The staff spoke NO English, so it was tough to gather information about things to do.

We were staying in a new facilities that of course was nice. Additionally we could visit wellness center, but it was not fully functional but was enough for us.
for the money we paid - the room was empty - no hairdryer, no bathrobes just the towels. Breakfast was nice, but as we spoke only in English we did not get offered scrambled eggs or any warm dish.

The reception program was too short and the receptionst was awfull,she spoke no foreign language

The room was really spacious, just like the bathroom. It felt really nice to stay inside. The bed was very comfy and everything was really clean.
There could be a bit larger variety at breakfast, better matched with special dietary needs. Although I need to add that we did not notify the host in advance about the special needs.

Water in the shower was cold. It must run for few minuten but I wasnt aware of that.

Great place to stay if you visit the lovely town of Szilvásvárad. It is located in the middle of the town, nearby the natural park. We had a nice view to the Bükk mountains (picture). We will be back!

We had a nice, new modern room with air conditioning and a nice bathroom. The location is good, most things are in walking distance. The breakfast was good.
During breakfast, in a few cases only, not everything was refilled, or people had to ask for them.
