PalmMar is the ideal place to stay for persons that look for a quiet place that also has sufficiënt facilities. This house fits excellent in this picture: it is cosy, you feel at home, is complete and even has a special sin Decker. The reception by Paula was verg vriendlief, and she made some reservations for restaurants. All in all one of the better places I ever rented.

The owner of the property's daughter Paula was always contactable throughout the holiday. She gave local recommendations and did everything possible to make our stay as good as it could be. We also had a visit from the cleaners midway through our stay not something that always happens when renting a villa and it wasn't just a dust and hoover the 2 cleaners were there for 2 and a half hours cleaning everything and changing all the beds and leaving clean towels. An absolutely fantastic service offered by Paula and her staff and overall an excellent property that I'd have no problem recommending.

Eduardo and Paula were wonderful hosts! They communicated with us with a lot of helpful information like which rental car companies to use, local grocery stores, restaurant recommendations. The property itself was very clean and beautiful. I loved that Paula mentioned the history of the property during our checkin. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but still nearby restaurants and things to do. Very good for a relaxing getaway. We really hope to come back sometime soon!

This property was the best choice we could make for our holiday in Tenerife. From the first moment we stepped in we had the feeling that every detail was thought of, to enhance the experience in every possible way. Meeting Paula was an absolute pleasure, she made us feel immediately welcome, guided us through all the property features and gave us so many helpful recommendations to fully enjoy our stay. The Villa is in a quiet area and in the evening you can hear the sound of the ocean while relaxing in the Jacuzzi. You have few nice cafes and restaurants and a lovely little beach within a short walking distance. Palm Mar is a lovely place to enjoy Tenerife away from the crowds, but still being only a short drive from the main beaches in the south of Island. I arrived having just spent 5 weeks supporting the humanitarian effort on the Polish Ukraine border and needed to just unwind - I could not have found a more perfect place to do this - thank you!

The property manager Paula was very attentive she met us on arrival took us around the property and explained where everything was. She also sent us a list of local recommendations to help with our stay. The property was clean and well appointed the kitchen is a bit on the small side but who really wants to cook on holiday anyway. The property was cleaned in the 2nd week and all sheets and towels were changed. On the whole we had an excellent holiday and the location is brilliant. Palm Mar is an up and coming resort without any big hotels so no real noise at night time perfect for families with young children. I would have no hesitation recommending this property.

The villa was absolutely amazing. The outside areas are great and the pictures don’t even do them justice. It was nice to sit on the terraces watching the sunset and there is a good view over to La Gomera. Our boys really enjoyed the jacuzzi. We were warmly welcomed by Paula and she gave as all necessary information.

The outside area of the villa makes up for this, with lots of areas to sunbath, including gorgeous roof terrace, and jacuzzi makes up for the lack of pool. If you read the description and look at the pictures, you think that all seems too good to be true. However - it is true! It is a spacious and luxurious place which is equipped with everything you might need. We have never found a kitchen with such a complete set of equipment, there are bikes in the garage to be used, and the rooms and beds are very comfortable. The sun terrace offers an unbeatable view on the seaside and - in particular - the sunset behind La Gomera. Upon welcome we were provided with some bottles of water, beer, and wine, as well as cookies and a huge fruit basket. To top it all off, the Jacuzzi was a special treat after a long day outside. We are already dreaming of our next stay...

We had a fabulous stay at the villa , For us it was perfection , and Mr Del Gado and Paula were the perfect hosts .

A lovely property with everything one needs.

We had a fab weeks stay in this beautiful house. It was in a lovely neighbourhood. The property was immaculate and had everything we wanted and more the welcome and the introduction from the owners daughter was great and she cane to see us off too. I would highly recommend this house it was stunning

The villa was spotless and as has been mentioned previously we were greeted with a lovely box of local foods and snacks, along with some very fresh fruit. Jorge also had drinks and a mini bar sorted for us with teas and coffees for the morning. After helping with the baggage he gave us a thorough tour of the place which was fantastic, before making sure we knew how to contact him and leaving us to our holiday. The outside hot tub and showers are a very welcome feature after a day out to relax and the sun loungers give a fantastic view of the sunset in the evening. No amount of my words will do justice to how great the villa was. We did hire a car to get around and do a bit more exploring but it looks like there are bus services and there is a small but really nice beach club at the bottom of the road to the prominade then turn left (about 10 minutes walk at a slow pace). Check out was so painless and again Jorge could not be more helpful. Muchos Gracias Jorge for use of your fantastic property and your hospitality. Hopefully we will get another visit soon.

Just returned from a lovely week in Palm Mar. The apartment was fantastic - a real home from home. The welcome pack of wine, beer and local produce was a lovely touch. The lay out of the apartment means you can follow the sun all day and the hot tub allows you to keep cool whilst relaxing, plenty of local bars and restaurants and very easy access to Los Cristianos etc. We would certainly visit again and recommend this to our friends. Just returned from one month at Villa Mirador and have immediately booked for next year. Palm Mar has plenty of facilities with 12 cafes, bar restaurant's within a 5 minute walk, but it's quiet and relaxing. Short walk to non touristy beach which was lovely for snorkeling, you need swimming shoes to walk over the volcanic rock. Nice promenade with plenty of seating, a small drink and snack bar and the Bahia Beach Cafe, where we enjoyed several lovely lunches. Interesting walk to the lighthouse, amazing volcanic scenery with indigenous plants and if you're quiet, a glimpse of the large lizards basking among the rocks. Villa is spacious, decorated and furnished very tastefully, clean with comfortable beds and superb bedding. Welcomed with an astonishing selection of local foods and drinks. Very close to the airport but no noise from aircraft. Just a 5 minute drive to the Autopiste, from where, the whole island is easily accessible. We went whale watching from Puerto Colon, a 15 minute drive from the villa. The jacuzzi was a lovely extra and I loved the outdoor shower room. The cleaners were excellent and the owners extremely welcoming and helpful If, like us, you want a relaxing stay in a beautiful environment with stunning views and walking distance to selection of restaurants, then Villa Mirador is perfection.

On our arrival at Villa Mirador De Palm Mar we were warmly welcomed and shown around the property by Eduardo. This is a fabulous villa, in a quiet location, close to the beach with sea views from the lower and upper terrace. The property is well laid out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and a welcome pack with essential items including wine and beer is a very nice touch. We made good use of the outside dining and barbeque area, as well as the very welcoming jaccuzi! During our stay we rented a car and enjoyed exploring the island, visiting Mount Tiede, Siam Park and a boat trip out to see Pilot whales and dolphins, plus visiting various places along the coast including Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje and Las America's etc... Our stay was blessed with gorgeous weather and we will definitely be making a return visit in the future!

Fantastic property that even exceeded our expectations. We arrived late after a long flight so it was fantastic to find that wine, beer, snacks and even baby food for our little daughter was supplied. Furthermore communication was smooth and quick. We will definitely return!

A really lovely and comfortable Villa with great terraces with a wonderful view of the sea. Quiet surroundings ( not many buses ) but some good restaurants. The Family were very welcoming & thoughtful on our arrival , with Wine , Coffee , lots of goodies but all the lovely fruits were the best thing for me especially the Pineapple !! . It was all very much appreciated. Unfortunately we had 3/4 days of bad weather so the jacuzzi came in very useful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this brilliant Villa. We just spent our second January at the Villa Mirador De Palm Mar. We loved it last year and, with the addition of a top of the line Jacuzzi, were even more impressed this year. The entire house is perfectly laid out for a relaxing vacation. The top level deck has fine views of the ocean, Las Cristianos and Mount Guaza. The second level deck has the new Jacuzzi, convenient showers, outdoor dining and seating in sun and shade. The interior is well laid out, impeccably clean and very well supplied. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners this year and could immediately tell how much they cared for their property. Palm Mar is a quiet and safe urbanization with enough bars & restaurants to keep you busy but only a 10 euro taxi ride to Las Cristianos. You will not be disappointed when you stay at this lovely property.

The house in Palm-Mar is a wonderful vacation retreat in a quite neighborhood. We where warmly welcomed be Maria and her mom Helena, with wine and a selection of local snacks and food. The house is well equipped for everything you would need during your stay and with it's delightful outdoor spaces gives you the opportunity to relax, enjoy the jacuzzi, sunbathe, barbecue etc. There are a few shops and restaurants in walking distance, an Italian restaurant with very good oven baked pizzas, the english Club is a joyful place to visit and down be the beach is the Bahai Beach Club that we recommend. We would gladly return again and hopefully we will in the future. Thank you for your lovely contribution to making our Christmas and New Year's vacation a very rememberable and happy one.

This home in Palm Mar has it all. Quiet but convenient neighboorhood with a great view of the ocean and Mt Guaza, an elegant rental with 3 separate outdoor terraces and owners who are friendly, efficient and thoughtful. The photos are impressive but the terrace views are even better. The house itself was spotless and very well equipped with appliances, including a blender, a grill with charcoal, microwave, etc. If I had one complaint it would be that the kitchen was a little small but with direct access to a covered terrace and dining table we hardly noticed as we dined outside nearly every evening that we cooked. The owners have thought of everything in the way of supplies, coffee, juice, milk, wine, beer and fresh fruit and pastries along with the essential supplies such as sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt, etc. In short, I would highly recommend this house for any length of stay if it is available.

If you wish for a quiet and relaxing holiday you have made the right choice in coming to Casa Mirador in Palm-Mar. A warm welcome by Eduardo who showed us the house with all its amenities. There were very generous welcoming gifts provided, even the Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine, cookies and some bottles of wine. A very charming and inviting home that made our stay very pleasant. It is definitely a place we want to return to in the future. Thank you.
