good location and peaceful

It was at a farm and I parked out side my flat , I was soon told by the woman owner not to park there as nxt door wood look outwards to my vehicle, I was there seven days and had 3 different sets of neighbors each and every 1 of them parked where I was onlooking at there vehicles. I had to go and ask for toilet paper to which a door was left open and a dog came out but didn’t go out as it wanted to play , I was spoken to like a little child and made to feel like I had just been told off , the accommodation was adequate slowly expensive but the owner needs to learn people skills as she didn’t have any in my opinion

The apartment had been very thoughtfully fitted out and was very comfortable and peaceful.

Bed and sofa comfortable, kitchen equipment new and clean, fridge, microwave, oven ,, dual induction hob, so good for self-catering, shower room good too.

The Booking.com website said there was a welcome continental breakfast and a cooked breakfast was available at extra cost, this turned out be incorrect, there was neither of these options, if I'd known I'd have taken my own, but arriving on a Sunday evening not an option!

No food available and difficult to book meals inthe area. Everywhere suffering from shortage of staff

I was visiting Exeter and this was a lovely location near the village of Topsham

Hosts never introduced themselves. No bedding/towels changed for whole time there. No milk on arrival .

Location for me was excellent.

Owners were helpful and easily available for any questions.

Lovely welcome. A well-equipped cottage in a great location. Very relaxing place to stay for a week.

Friendly host. Apartment very clean and had all you needed for your stay. Bed was comfortable, ensuring a good nights sleep. Tea, coffee and toiletries provided.

It would have been nice to have a pint of milk waiting in fridge on arrival, which would be a small but very welcome gesture.

Love the fact it was self catering and Tesco’s only 8 mins drive Also the room was spacious enough for us to have our baby cot in the room with us
