Perfect location to enjoy family and friends at the beach. Plenty of space and privacy. Great beach location. Central to everything in PCB: Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, Magaritaville, Dusty's and so much more. We will return.

Needed a place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Perfect house. Plenty of space. Three bedrooms / Three baths. Privacy on each level. Great balconies to view beach activities. The house is spectacular and decorated with a beautiful nautical theme. Beds were great. Each family had their own living area and we could all meet for dinner and drinks in the common areas. Easy beach access. Clean and spotless. Jo was fabulous. We will return. 5 beach Stars!!!!!

The housekeeping was not good when we arrived. Had an issue with the owner when I reported it. They did say they would send housekeeping back out on Monday but it was not convenient for us, so I did a little cleaning. The house does need some updating and the bed on the 1st level was not comfortable and the sofa bed upstairs on the third level needs a mattress pad to make it more comfortable since the mattress is so thin. . No place to put clothes on 1st floor, the small closet was full with a vacuum and wagon and not much room for food on the second floor since the pantry was locked. Not a 5 star unit in my opinion. It is sufficient and if you don’t mind a bunch of stairs.

The home was great. Very nice and clean. Unfortunately the weather was terrible. We still had a great time though. Would stay here again.

Needed a respite from the city life. Exceptional hospitality and great location for the beach life experience. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths of pure relaxation. Pool was perfect. Beach was spectacular. Advertising of this house was spot on. All the amenities needed to cook like a professional chef. The absolute best worry-free vacation I have taken in years. Everyone deserves this luxury lifestyle and you should treat yourself, friends and family to this beach haven.

We just fell in love with this beach house. Plenty of room and close to everything in PCB. The house was spotless and so nicely decorated. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. We will return. Outstanding!!!!

Every aspect of this property was excellent.
Instant communications with the host.
Clean and comfortable.
Well stocked kitchen, bedding and bath supplies.
Like any home near the beach, there are stairs to climb.
If you are a vegetarian, there are not many dining options available in PCB, however the grocery store is nearby and well stocked.

We stayed at Anchors Away for fall break with our two teenagers and four dogs, and we absolutely loved it. Jo was extremely responsive and worked with us, so we could stay an extra night.
The condo was very clean and was huge!! Jo keeps it well stocked with trash bags, detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. We didn’t need to buy any for our entire stay which was appreciated and unexpected!
The ability to have our dogs at the beach is something we will never forget, and we are so thankful to Jo for allowing us that opportunity. We will definitely return!!

We came to make memories with our mother and it was the nicest place to do that. The hostes had everything set up nicely we was able to check in early with us traveling from another state.The commutation with her was excellent. This was by far the best place we have stayed at.

The property was as advertised with convenient access to the beach. The detailed check-in instructions sent a week in advance made the start to the trip nearly effortless. We appreciated having a well stocked kitchen and the use of the wagon to haul all of our beach items. If we decided to return ti PCB in the future we would certainly consider this property.

When we arrived, we immediately had some cleaning to do due to dog hair being everywhere. I reached out to the owner, and they advised that they had changed cleaning companies. The response from Jo’s husband was you can leave, and we will give you a full refund as we strive for 5 stars. I advised that we drove 8 hours to get there and would clean up everything. Jo called back and was very concerned and willing to drive back to Florida to make things right. I told her there was no need and that we have taken care of everything. Jo was very nice and responded quick. Based on the responses from Jo I’m sure she will make things right to ensure her next guests have a good experience. The home is in a good location to the beach, pier park, and the grocery store. The second balcony on the main level is the best place in the house! Overall we had a good vacation and settled into the house well.

The condo looks great & has everything provided that is in the listing. The only draw back on the stay was the construction.which the owner had no control. There was not any easy access to beach due the construction. But our over all stay was nice.

The house was amazing, clean spacious, had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable!
We really enjoyed the balcony on the second floor, spent a lot of time drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails at night!

Everything was so easy… from check in to check out. Jo was very easy to communicate with and made everything so simple. We really appreciated her hospitality and friendliness before, during, and after our stay. We would stay here again.

Arrived to some issues that we had to deal with immediately. Owners were not aware and changed cleaning companies. This did put a damper on beginning of vacation. Came across a few other issues and owners did take care of things as quick as they could. I'm not going to bash them for things out of their control, but I am expecting some compensation. We had to go buy several things ourselves and take time out from our vacation to make the rest of our family happy.
In general, the house is in a good location. It is well equipped and decorated nicely. Plenty room for 10. Beds decent. We even got a new queen mattress while staying. Balcony is great.
Pet friendly. There are a lot of steps fyi.
Short walk to the beach zig zagging though construction. There was only 1 beach wagon which was difficult to carry all of our stuff to the beach.
I believe the the problems we had were just our bad luck and are solved now.

The home is very conveniently located and close to the beach. The home was clean, spacious, and as described. Lastly the host was very helpful and responsive.

We had a great time. We spent 10 days with kids and grandkids and our 8 month old lab.The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the beach. Walk was a little tricky do to construction but got better as the week went on. Will be great when finished. So much to do and most is a short drive. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your beach home.

Host was available for questions and responded quickly. Unit is spacious and only one bed in each bedroom. They also took our 60lb dog which was critical!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It's a little more than a block from the beach and close to pier park, which is nice. Right now there is some construction happening on the roads that impacts walkability. I had planned to bike to pier park but there are no bike lanes or sidewalks so it was not safe to do so. The house itself offered privacy as each of the three bedrooms are on different floors. The property is pet friendly so I was able to bring the whole family. Jo was very responsive to questions and the one issue we had with the jetted tub, which was fixed right away.

This house is gorgeous. Very spacious and has everything you need for a great stay. Super close to the beach and has a grocery store next door. Joy was absolutely the best host! When we go back, we’ll definitely stay there again.100% recommend!

Great location. Only draw backs is that they are working on the road in front of the house and there is a neon road sign that lights up the bedroom on the 2 nd floor at night. Neither are any fault of the owner. Will stay there again.

Jo was so helpful with all of our questions we had prior to our stay. The house was very nice for our family -- everyone in our party had their own bedroom/bathroom space, which was very nice. The 3 levels gives everyone their own private space when we weren't all together.
The only criticism we had, was the walk to the beach was not the nicest ---- but it was because of construction ---- nothing the owner could do anything about. Made it difficult to walk or pull the wagons provided by the owner. Hopefully the construction is completed soon.
We hope to return to PCB one day soon and we would stay here again without a doubt!

This house is great!!! There were 7 of us, 6 adults & 1 two year old & 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for all of us! The host was very nice & easy to work with! It was a great trip! We would definitely stay their again & I would definitely recommend it!!! Thanks again, Jo!!!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anchors Away. The pics were exactly as the condo was. Jo the owner is extremely nice and easy to contact. The location is great! There is currently construction going on but that didn’t affect us at all. Very nice roomy condo. Each family had their own floor which was nice as well! Everything well stocked. We will stay again if we return to PCB!

The location was a short walk to the beach. The entire family had plenty of room and it was so convenient to everything! The house was clean and Jo was an absolute delight! Would definitely recommend!!

This is an amazing place to stay. Unfortunately I decided not to bring my dog at the last minute but this is a great place to stay if you were bringing your fur baby. Will definitely be booking again.

Enjoyed the home. Plenty of room for everyone. Private bathrooms in each bedroom was awesome. We had an issue with one toilet but owner got to work immediately to get it repaired

The property is beautiful and walking distance to the beach. The property is perfect for people traveling with dogs. The host has the house set up for convenience for pets. The TVs are large and the furniture is comfortable. The air conditioner works excellent and it’s so easy access to everything you need. The place is close to pier park. There is a grocery store within walking distance. Check in and check out is easy. The host reaches out when your there and gives you the way to contact her and she reaches out again when you leave. Excellent vacation and would stay here again.

You will not be disappointed in this property. It is close to everything and has room for everyone. Clean and spacious with a bedroom on each floor. The first floor bedroom, bath and mini-kitchen worked perfect for us. The couple who occupied it had a dog so it was super easy for them to take out, etc. Jo is awesome to work with and is truly concerned that you enjoy your stay and are happy with everything - a truly refreshing outlook! Highly recommend this property!
