This condo is old and in an old building. The lanai is great and view is great. Very musty smell in the place. Almost like bad cat litter.. it did dissipate somewhat but was present during the 3 days we were there. The management company offered air purifiers but we only had a 3 day stay. For the money I would look elsewhere.

when we got there, we were amazed at the beautiful view and how large the unit was they had supplied everything that we needed and a little extra the management company was great. I had to call two times for something very small. his name was Paul and he was very accommodating. We will be there next year for 2 Weeks. Great Pl.

Loved the location and the lanai! We had breakfast every morning watching the waves it was wonderful. Everything was clean and in good working order. There was tons of books and games and beach stuff.

The view from the Lanai was perfect. It was the cleanest property I've ever stayed at in my life. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided. I would stay there again in a New York minute

Great central location with a fantastic rooms and wonderful lanai

This condo is a little outside of Kona, yet convenient by car or bike. I love hearing the waves all night and the view in the morning with coffee. The only thing was the mattress in the master bedroom is very soft. Some people may like it. I hope to stay again.

We loved the oceanfront view. I’m pretty sure this unit has the best view in the complex! Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. I appreciated having dressers for clothing and even a box for jewelry—the little touches that make a stay comfortable. There was also some beach gear and we definitely appreciated the soft-side cooler for snacks and drinks, If you’re a light sleeper you might want to download a sleep/white noise app. A few nights the surf was rather loud, but that same surf is glorious to watch when the sun hits just right-like an aquarium. We saw fish often and even a sea turtle relaxing. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen well stocked not only with cookware, utensils, appliances, and dish-ware, but also spices. Our stay was during Christmas, so we appreciated the holiday decor (and the ability to walk next door to a church for an outdoor candlelight service on Christmas Eve). We loved the location to Kailua town - an easy drive. Our stay included a snorkel tour (definitely recommend), a fun day trip to Hilo (waterfalls, bio nature reserve), Volcano National Park, beaches on Kohala coast. The condo unit and its management exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip to the Big Island and found this more fun and relaxing than Oahu, which feels congested compared to the Kona Coast.

We had the most amazing time here. The condo is exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site. Ocean 20 ft from the lanai. Sunsets and amazing ocean view for miles. The unit has absolutely everything you could ask for as far as kitchen items, towels and beach accessories. It was spotless clean and homey. We had the best vacation ever, whether we were out seeing the sites, shopping or just sitting on the lanai. We have a few other places to visit in our bucket list but will be back in this lanai again in a few years. Could not have imagined anything better.

This property is phenomenal. The location is wonderful, right on the water in a semi-private piece of beach. We loved watching the sunsets from the lanai every evening! The condo came equipped with absolutely everything anyone might need, from coolers, beach towels and other beach gear, to kitchen appliances, etc. We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Big Island!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as advertised. Paul was very prompt in returning my phone calls. Had a small hiccup checking in but Paul was very fast to work it out. Thank you very much! We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well-stocked. Accurate description. Recommendation for owner/property owner:Remove some of the decor and declutter trinkets, dried flower arrangements, personal pictures. Place is nice but has too much stuff in it. Leave space for renters to put their belongings.

Beautiful condo, well kept, well supplied (kitchen, bathroom items, towels, etc.) and you cannot do better than the XL Lanai and view! Air conditioning was excellent too! This is our favorite condo in all the previous ones we've stayed in yearly for over 12 years now. We'll be looking for this one in particular for future trips, no question.

Perfect paradise setting for a 3 week WFH stint. Used the second bedroom as my office when I was not showing off. Made my co-workers and friends all jealous working from the oceanfront Lanai. If you are patient and curious, lots of whales, dolphins and also the two neighborhood green sea turtles that show up for a moss dinner every evening at the edge.

Loved, loved, loved the space! The only complaint I have is that the linens were not fresh on the beds, or the towels. I had to completely wash bed linens, including the pillow in order to sleep comfortably. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again. Had everything you would need
