It is a very nice, spacious place. I did however misread what 1 and half bathrooms mean, no bath! So it’s basically a shower room and a tiny loo. That said the place is superbly located and Kate was great. Thanks very much

Overall we had a great stay in Budapest. Only when checking in, we were supposed to pay a late arrival fee because we arrived at 00h30. Which was not a problem for us. We took 20000 Hungarian forint at the airport. The late arrival fee was 15000HUF. When checking in, we gave the 20000HUF because we could get less at the airport. Unfortunately we didn't get any money back from Kate. The stay was very good, nice and close to the center. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Apartment met our needs. Fortunately, music club across the street was open only one night. It is sad that graffiti has made the area look very rundown.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we booked and received detailed communication / instructions, to meeting the host upon arrival and enjoying the apartment for the 5 days we were in Budapest. The decoration is stunning and feels like you are in a luxury hotel suite with chandeliers / contemporary wallpaper. The location is perfect for the Ruin Bars / museums / restaurants and is about 10/15 minute walk from the Danube River. Everything that you needed for your stay was there, including some cupboard items / cutlery / plates / glasses etc. The kitchen was high quality including integrated appliances. All in all, this apartment is outstanding value for money and is a credit to its owner. I will definitely be returning to Budapest and hopefully will be able to stay here once again!

Property is clean and a good value; however, major construction on the adjacent property should have been disclosed as it caused us to be unable to stay at the property due to the noise.

Lovely stay, beautiful apartment, very well located to famous ruin bars. Excellent communication too. Would highly recommend! Go to Szimpler Kert a block away! Amazing set of interconnecting bars!

The apartment was perfectly located, clean, big, and had everything we needed. The communication in advance was great. It made me feel comfortable visiting someplace I had never been. One tiny complaint, the building is a little bit loud and there is live music across the street. Honestly, I thought it was cool and there was a ton of energy but I can see some people not loving it. Highly recommend!

A beautifully decorated apartment. Unfortunately there are building operations on next door and sometimes at night there is a lot of very late night noise. The apartment. situated in the Jewish Quarter is very comfortable and close to public transport. The area is very vibey, with numerous restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area. The complimentary bottle of wine was greatly appreciated with a meal of homemade pasta and fresh salad. Thank You! Also the cake from our neighbour, who was so helpful, was much enjoyed.

Had the best time in Budapest with my friends! I expected to metro or taxi places but we ended up walking everyplace! Because The Apt was so centrally located. And it was beautiful! The beds were big & comfortable and the apt had everything we could need. Frank helped us by email and phone from before we got there until we left. Eva met us and helped us in. This was a wonderful experience. And Budapest is a fabulous and safe city to explore at all hours. I hope I will go back again. and will stay here. Highly recommend!

We had to have our windows closed as the street noise and loud drunk crows at night disrupted our peace. Not an ideal location for family traveling with kids. One night, there was a fight involving about 10 individuals right outside our window which faces the street. The lady next door, even though doesn't speak English so sweet and very helpful. Prompts to the staff for trying to compensate but the hot weather made it very difficult to sleep at night, especially with closed windows. There is no air and no air conditioner in the apartment, just fans. Even provided an extra fan we were uncomfortable. I had to clean the apartment upon the arrival as the floors were dirty as well as the shower drain. City amazing and lost to do. Parking right around the corner, expensive but you don't have to worry about the car.

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful time staying in this apartment and visiting Budapest March 4-9). Everything was just as advertised. Check in and out was extremely easy, and the apartment was centrally located. It is an easy walk to all the tourist sites, and there is public transportation, markets, bars, cafes, and restaurants, all within 2-3 blocks at most. While there is some street noise from time to time, that's to be expected with an apartment that's a half-story about the street level, but it certainly was not a problem for us. The neighborhood is safe, and the apartment itself is very, very secure (There is a key to get into the mail apartment stairwell, another to enter the door to the courtyard, and two more to get to the apartment itself. While this may sound like a lot, it's quick and easy, and leaves you very confident that your belongings are safe and secure). Communication with the owner was also excellent. Bottom line, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely rent this apartment again if we mark are way back to Budapest in the future. Thank you for everything Jacqueline and Eve!
