We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Montauk. The house was even better than the photos! Huge balcony/deck with outdoor couches and tables was perfect for our evening dinners and cocktails. House was very clean and well stocked as well. Will stay again when visiting montauk! Cheers!

The kitchen was well stocked with serving trays and cooking supplies, and the deck was lovely for dining al fresco. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to other groups!

Perfect for our family of six adults. Renovations were tastefully done with high end appliances. Very comfortable for all with short walk and easy access to the beach. Ideal location with close proximity to town and for weddings held at Gurneys Ocean Resort and/or Gurneys Star Resort.

Everything about staying here was simple and seamless! Plenty of room for our group of 4 couples - loved that the entire inside of the house is brand new and clean. Lovely deck and quiet neighborhood. Easy bike ride to the beach or town, or a fast drive. Owner was communicative and super responsive! Would definitely go back.

Me, mom (Nana), my sisters and their families thoroughly enjoyed some very much needed family down time away in Montauk at this chic home. The house is well designed for families, super clean and organized with no clutter. It is newly renovated and you can tell that it is well cared for by Patrick (the owner). The house is well stocked with everything you would need from kitchen tools to towels and linens to thoughtful touches like family board games to extra blankets to relaxing scented shower gels and shampoos. All of the above clean, well organized and easy to find. We walked to the beach every morning - house comes with private beach access 10 minute walk away. Showered in the outdoor shower. Nothing better in late September. The house was a big hit with all ages. Patrick is super responsive and conscientious. We can’t wait to go back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick's home in Montauk. The house was very clean and seemed recently updated. The bathrooms were clean, bright with nice modern amenities and floor tiling. Access to the private parking lot at the beach was super convenient and kept the beach from getting crowded. The beach was beautiful - we even saw whales! We would be happy to come back to stay at this house again.
