Cozy and great location! We love it here so much we’ve booked twice and can’t wait to come back. Vicki is a wonderful host! Super quick to reply to any questions we had and made us feel welcomed. Thank you for another memorable getaway.

Condo was clean and was exactly as advertised. All appliances worked and the gas fireplace was very easy to operate. Condo area was very quiet and very safe. Vons grocery store only 5 min away and if you ski down the bunny slope/lessons area you can get within 200 feet of condo for an easy walk back for lunch, ect. Would highly recommend this property while staying in a Big Bear!!

Perfect place for a few days of skiing. Located right next to Snow Summit. Vicki was super responsive and accommodating. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed!

Many places claim to be walking distance to the lifts but this one truly is. Literally a 7 minute walk door to door. Excellent communication, clean and attractive apartment with the kitchen stocked with all the utensils you need.

We walked to Snow Summit (though had to navigate around the ski school area) but that was really convenient. Close to main part of town for shopping and restaurants. Very clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay

Host stayed in contact at all times. Available at all times. Very sincere about our stay and making sure all went well and we enjoyed our time. The place worked out great, and was very comfortable and accommodating for 5 adults. So close to slopes just a walk away. No need to be inconvenienced with taking and picking party at the slopes. Great place, great host and THE best location if skiing at snow summit. Some of the bedding could use a n update but that’s not even a complaint…..all was great!

The property was a very short walk to the slopes. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in/out was very easy .We will definitely be back very soon

The condo was great. Is clean and had all the items you need for making meals in the kitchen. Vicki is great at communicating and answering questions right away. Would stay there again in the future.

Being able to walk to the lifts was great. No need to fight for parking or wait to catch the shuttle. The condo is literally steps away from Snow Summit. It was great!

The six of us were easily accommodated, with all the beds and two bathrooms. However, one of the key reasons to visit Big Bear Lake is the skiing. The location for this rental is absolutely key. One of us dropped everybody off then parked the car back at this unit and within 5 minutes we all met up to go skiing. We heard lots of other people (who used the parking shuttles) complaining that it took them over an hour to get to the summit. For us, arriving early to the summit, we were able to take advantage of the lifts with wait times mostly less than 30 seconds. The arrival time of those taking the shuttle also matched when the lift times started getting longer. Who wants to wait 30 minutes for a lift? Also, if you are going up to the mountains to ski, do not bother coming for only 1 day. It is not worth it. Several friends decided to meet us up at Big Bear just for the day. The traffic was not good for them and the last 2 miles took them 1 hour of travel time. We had plenty of skiing in before they went up the lifts once. With regard to the townhome unit, we had one minor issue that we were able to quickly resolve over the phone. Excellent place and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Big Bear, providing someone else has not beat us to renting it 😊

Perfect location. Walk to slopes to just hang out or ski/snowboard. So easy can come back for lunch. No need to wake up early and hassle with parking and shuttles. Spacious for a two bedroom but cozy. The size was great because everyone was together!

It was clean convenient and comfortable

We walked or took the free trolley to the village and other attractions. The unit is next to Snow Summit which has great hikes, the Sky chair, and is a trolley stop. Immediate response from the property manager. The unit is clean and quiet. And well stocked with cleaning supplies and every kitchen appliance, including blender, juicer, and coffee grinder.

We always love staying here.

The property is exactly as described. The master has an open loft. I love that there are two bathrooms. It was older, but very clean!!! You cannot beat the location. I walked back and forth from the condo to Snow Summit within five minutes for food, little breaks etc. It was so nice to have breakfast and lunch at the condo, then we had dinners out. The neighbors we met were all very nice. Vicki was very communicative and nice via messaging. We did not have one problem. I seriously could not have asked for a better trip. Thank you so much. We can't wait to come back.

The property was very nice, just as in photos. Loved the fully stocked kitchen with enough utensils and cookware. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Snow Summit ski lifts.

The condo was very clean and cozy. Plenty of kitchen plates, bowls, utensils, etc. it’s super close to Snow Summit but close to Bear Mountain as well. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this cozy condo just steps away from the Adventure Ski School. Super easy to check in and get unpacked. Nice parking close to the front door made unpacking easy. This condo has all you need. All the appliances work well. It is very quiet. It was very clean and a perfect size for a family of four with two little ones. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the TVs all work with common apps installed and functional. On a scale from 1-10, I score it a 9 because there is always room for improvement. The only thing to improve is if it had a jacuzzi on the back porch! Great place and we will book again in the future.

Property was very cozy. Only issues were The ceiling rafters were dusty and the wall shared with the unit next door is not well insulated. Neighbors had a baby that woke us up from crying at 2am. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. It is the perfect location located close to everything within the town

Had a rainy ski week so spent more time in the condo than usual. Very nice decor and amenities, close to mountain (walking distance) and a five minute drive from the main shopping / restaurant area. Easy check in and out.
