We enjoyed every moment we stayed at Casa Rosa. Carlos and Vanessa are wonderful; they pampered us with delicious food.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect. 10 minute walk and you’re in the heart of zona romantica! It was a steep walk back to the villa fyi, but manageable. Vanessa and Carlos were fantastic and made our stay so perfect!

This place was beautiful with the most wonderful pool and views overlook puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time staying at Villa Rosa!! The pool was wonderful and relaxing, Vanessa and Carlos were wonderful and made delicious food, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely return!!

We LOVED staying at this villa with our extended family: four adults, four kids (mostly teens). Carlos and Vanessa do a terrific job of providing breakfasts and dinners (restaurant-quality food) and housekeeping. The pool is convenient and relaxing; the villa is beautiful; and the view is spectacular. You’re close to the beach (tip: the nearby El Dorado Restaurant has a “beach club” whereby you can hang out on lounge chairs under their umbrellas all afternoon in return for a minimum food/drink tab - call in advance to reserve). And the Old Town and Malecon are also nearby. Just a few things we’d want to know beforehand: (1) you should be sure your group is prepared for a steep walk back uphill from the beach; (2) the bedroom/bath downstairs is detached from the main floors and can seem a little removed and less comfortable (some kids may not mind this); (3) a “tip” for Carlos and Vanessa, $10/day/guest, is expected, so their services are not really fully included in the rental price (still a bargain compared to tourist-area restaurants); and (4) during our stay there was some significant noise from construction on the property next door – you might want to check with Tom, your host, about the current status. Having said all that, ours was a stellar vacation experience and we’d be happy to come back again! Highly recommend.

Our stay at Villa Rosa was incredible. Carlos and Vanessa were wonderful and took great care of us. We loved them both. Our food was beautifully prepared and tasted fantastic. We had the same thing for breakfast twice! The Villa was the perfect size for 5 of us. Plenty of room to spread out or hang together. It was incredibly clean. Having our laundry and shopping done when needed was something we were all very grateful for. It allowed us to relax even more. The pool and patio were of course favorite hang out spots. The views from all of the rooms and pool were stunning. Javier is the driver for the Villa and he was so accommodating. He took such great care of us. Making sure we got where we needed, picked up and safely home. We absolutely loved him. The only struggle we had was the Wi-Fi signal isn't the fastest at the house. We had a great time. Carlos & Vanessa were awesome. They prepared the best food…delicious!!! The view from the patio and from the master bedroom outside deck is fantastic🤗.

Villa Rosa did not disappoint. The villa is has lovely as the pictures show. All the rooms were sufficient. I did have to get used to the openness in the master bathroom (no door to the outside world) always checking before I went in there to make sure there were no unwanted critters, which there was not. Carlos and Vanessa were very helpful and gracious. There was a mix-up with all the housekeys and which went to what doors so that could be better explained. The lock on the upstairs bar door was a bit tricky to maneuver and which address to give our uber driver was also a challenge because both ways are very narrow and curvy. Other than those things, our trip was Magnificent!!! We would most sure stay here again and would recommend to all!!

The property was very much as represented in the photos. But the feeling and "vibe" of the place and the kindness and helpfulness of Vanessa and Carlos made this a wonderful and memorable stay. It might be worth noting to other visitors that among all of her other talents, Vanessa makes amazing cakes!!

It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and wanted a private house to avoid the crowds due to COVID and let me tell you, this house did not disappoint. The house is beautiful, spacious and in a great location with easy access to the malecón. But the highlight of the trip was the amazing service of Vanessa and Carlos aka chef and maid, we chose to eat in most breakfasts and dinners and it was amazing, restaurant worthy food, and they were to accommodate everyone’s taste buds , even our picky eaters. Vanessa and Carlos also had great recommendations of activities and places to visit. Overall our first visit to Puerto Vallarta was amazing and it was largely due to this property and the service provided by Tom the owner and of course Vanessa and Carlos. The owner provided us with detailed instructions of the house and what to expect with maps and menu options prior to arrival. When we arrived at the property we were greeted with snacks and beverages of our choice and they even prepared dinner on our first night. We definitely plan on visiting again.

Our stay at the Villa was amazing overall. The property was beautifully tucked on the cliff. Vanessa and Carlos were super accommodating and really made some delicious food and very hospitable. The only complaint we have is the bottom bedroom we nicknamed the kid quarters. The bedroom and beds aren’t up to the same quality to the rest of the property. The beds specifically seemed small and very uncomfortable. Our guests ended up sleeping on couches, because of how uncomfortable that room was.

My group of 8 stayed and have such a great experience. Carlos and Vanessa were amazing and the brunch Vanessa prepared each day was the best food we had the entire time we were in Puerto Vallarta. The location is great, everything was a 15 (or less) walk…that hill will have your legs sore for days to come but I didn’t mind. If I come back, I’m hoping to book the same house

Highly recommended! The property was perfect for our group of friends to reconnect over New Years and enjoy Puerto Vallarta. Villa Rosa was very charming, comfortable, and well equipped. In particular, the heated pool was great given the shaded hillside location. Hidden away at the end of a street above the Old Town, we were able to enjoy views of the city in a quiet location while having easy access to bars, restaurants, and beaches (it is a steep walk, but was fast for our group.) The staff was very kind and attentive. Our group enjoyed all of our meals. Communication was excellent.

We stayed her with our six kids. The house was such a great place to stay. Carlos abs Vanessa were such awesome cooks. They also meet all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Villa Rosa. I would definitely recommend having Carlos and Vanessa cook as many meals for you as possible. After multiple trips to Mexico, I can say with 100% certainty that the food at the villa was the best. The villa itself is as amazing. Our only disappointment was that the pool doesn’t really get any sun. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Highly recommend!!!

This was my third stay at the Villa Rosa, and I fall back in love every time. This house is gorgeous. The location is a very easy walk to the beach and everything you could want in the Zona Romatica. Carlos and Vanessa are so sweet, and they take amazing care of you! I've never had a bad meal in this house. My only negative feedback is that getting the water for the jacuzzi to run at a hot enough temperature to fill it adequately can be a challenge, especially if people in the house have been showering recently. But also the pool is heated to a nice temperature, so that's always good for a soak. I highly recommend the Villa Rosa for an unforgettable stay in Puerto Vallarta!

My partner and I stayed at Villa Rosa with another couple. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and can't wait to come back. Vanessa and Carlos were so friendly and accommodating. We loved the location, view and pool. The master bedroom was spectacular. Highly recommend!

This property was such a great place to stay to experience PV and the Zona Romantica. Vanessa and Carlos were wonderful hosts and cooks, and the location of the house was great for walking to bars, restaurants, and even to the beach. Had a wonderful experience at Villa Rosa and would highly recommend for staying here with family or friends.

The property was beautiful. It had everything a family could hope for. Great views. Nice size pool to enjoy. Patios on the second and third floor with beautiful view of the city. Each bedroom was larger than expected and well air conditioned. Vanessa and Carlos were very helpful and provided hot home cook meals. They had everything very organized with taxi and van contacts.

Tom, Vanessa and Carlos host a wonderful stay. I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the food made by Vanessa and Carlos! Tom you are very lucky to have such a great team they take such good care of the home and your guests. We would definitely love to book again in the future!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay! Vanessa and Carlos spoiled us with the amazing food and Vanessa arranged for mani/pedi at the villa. The place was fantastic and the steep hill to climb to come home from the village afforded us great exercise! The pool was the perfect temperature and spent a lot of time just lounging around the property. Thanks Tom, for making this fabulous home available to us and thanks Vanessa and Carlos for making our stay so luxurious!

Our extended family rented the Villa for a week and it was perfect with just enough space to gather and get space from each other. Cannot say enough good things about Carlos and Vanessa, the two of you ROCK! The location looking down into “Old Town” is beautiful at night. The pool is perfect for a quick dip after walking the Malecon or day trips around the bay. WiFi was great while running numerous gadgets. Thanks for allowing us to create memories at this beautiful home.

This home is gorgeous, well appointed and amazing proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops and old town. Tom, the owner, was always responsive and had answers to every question we had, which was especially nice considering travel during the pandemic. Carlos and Vanessa were super helpful as well! Amazing cooks and overly accommodating. It is hilly, but my mother in law, 78, walked up and down to town, or we grabbed a taxi for $5-7. So the answer is yes, we will be back! Thank you Tom, Vanessa and Carlos!

Tom was a thoughtful and responsive property manager throughout our stay. Vanessa and Carlos were a highlight of our trip-- both their company and delicious Mexican food. Carlos's frozen Margaritas were the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend.

There were seven of us celebrating a 40th birthday and we had an incredible time. The villa is a dream with a million dollar view. It is rather like being in the Hollywood Hills, only much better. There is plenty of room in the villa and even with 7 of us, it never felt crouded. It has all the amenities for which you could ever ask, not that you'd ever have to worry about them with Carlos and Vanessa catering to your every whim. We will definitely be back for more of the views, the late-night dips in the pool, Vanessa's warm smiles, and Carlos' amazing food (Guacamole every day!!!! Woo Hoo!!!)

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience! Our family - group of ten - thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa. The accomodations, the location, the amenities, and as you see with other comments, the hospitality and culinary skills of Carlos and Vanessa were simply superb! Working with owner Tom Hicks was a dream - in spite of question after question, he worked with us all the way through the trip. WE JUST RETURNED FROM THE BEST VACATION EVER. THE VILLA IS SO COMFORTABLE AND CARLOS AND VANESSA ARE THE VERY BEST. WE LET THEM COOK AND COULDN'T HAVE FOUND A BETTER MEAL ANYWHERE. BREAKFAST WAS GRAND AND DINNER UNDESCRIBABLE. THE VIEWS ARE GREAT. THE BEST WAY TO SAY IT IS WE WILL BE BACK!
