Good central location to see the sights. But this place is way too much $ for what you get. Won't stay here again.

Kuau property was fabulous! The condo was spotless and looked just like the photos. It was very comfortable, VERY clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed having the beach necessities too! This property is close to everything and you can easily walk to the little market! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We thorough enjoyed our stay on Maui. The property was as pictured and described. The condo was clean, well stocked, and modern. The location was great as well, with easy walking access to beaches and into Paia. The owners and property manager were also quickly responsive and helpful. If we came back to Maui, we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

My family loved our stay here. It was the perfect size and in the perfect area. All the shops were just down the street and we had access to the beach just behind mamas. The property was stocked with all the essentials like beach chairs, towels, and plenty of cookware. Definitely recommend staying here if you'll be in Paia for a while.

Overall great condo and great location! We were able to walk to the beach in about 1 minute, laundry access was easy and convenient, and the condo itself was clean and cozy! Hosts were available at all times via text and always quick to respond! Highly recommend!

There were some hiccups with the AC flooding and power outage by tropical storm. But aside from that, the hosts were extremely responsive, check in and out was a breeze, and location near mamas fish house was ideal. I would definitely recommend this place wanting to explore the north shore and Paia.

Very cute condo, quick walk to small beach, and great location to base your Maui exploring. Property manager extremely helpful when a non-condo related issue came up.

First time in Maui and it was a great experience! Our condo had everything we needed and more! I can’t wait to come back!

The condo was amazing! It was clean, modern and updated. The bed was HUGE and pretty comfy! My fiancé and I never touched once in the bed LOL we are both hot sleepers so having the AC and ceiling fan on at night was a great and reminded us of our own home. The kitchen was stocked with our necessities, however we did not cook much as being in Pa’ia there were great restaurants to try. The location was great especially because the Road to Hana was a must do on our list and practically around the corner was the start of the trek. Also a bonus treat to us was that the balcony had chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for the beach for use! The owner really thought of everything! If you stay at this listing, in the back of the complex is Mama’s Fish House, WHICH WAS DELICIOUS (but pricey) and we didn’t know it was reservation only, but got lucky we got a reservation for an early dinner. The location was also less than 20 minutes from the airport, if that’s something you’d like to consider. Kelly, I believe is the manager, was super helpful and gave us recommendation of things to do as well. Communication was great, quick and seamless! Our stay was a 10/10, you gotta stay here! We had an amazing experience all together!

Good value relative to resort area. Perfect location if you’re driving to Hana or Haleakala. Beach right behind is perfect for small kids.

I loved having the small beach area just down the road. The beach was protected from the waves. I really liked the Sonos surround sound for music during our stay. Location is very convenient. AC was great and kept the place comfortable.
