We enjoyed our short stay for the weekend - Fireside was very friendly and the location was perfect our planned events. That said, It appears that this home does not have a cleaning service. There is heavy dust on the doors and casing, bedframes, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher when we arrived, A bug ran out from under the coffee maker when i moved it to make coffee. I could go on, but you get the point. Loved the location, not a fan of the cleanliness.

Our son drove from Ohio on Saturday with his family went to bed to find bed bugs in there bed no offer of refund for the lose of the room or bathroom. the exterminator said no one was aloud back in there to keep the door closed. my grandson who is 2 has bites and my granddaughter has several on her wrists and ankles. which mother is treating

This rental has the good and the bad. The property is nice and has so much potential to be amazing. The bad: The cleaning leaves a bit to be desirerd. There were old cobwebs everywhere, both inside and out. The cobwebs inside were mostly behind doors and between tables and walls. The cobwebs outside were mostly in the lower deck. All the cobwebs had been there for a long time. The bunk beds need to either be rebuilt, reinforced or replaced. They are very wobbly. The queen bunks beds have no railing at the top at all so we could not put kids up there and the adult the ended up sleeping up there was very uncomfortable with how wobbly it was. The metal bunks were also quite wobbly but they worked for kids. The only issue we really had was with the pull out couch in the theater area. Due to a dishwasher leak the previous week, the couch had been soaked and the person who cleaned up the mess didn't pull out the bed. When my kids went to pull the bed out, a bunch of water spilled out and soaked the floor downstairs. Someone tried to fix the propane line in the grill but they used flex Sealand it cramped the line so nothing was getting through. The Blackstone was rusted so bad that we had to cook on foil and it never got hot enough so we ended up having to cook our burgers in the oven. The good: When I called the management, they were very quick to send someone. A very nice man came to help with the grill situation. He was ended up changing out the bad line (the day after). He also happened to be there when the water came rushing out of the couch so he quickly brought us more towels to replace the ones we had used to soak up the water. He came the next day to replace/clean/dry the couch. The management team is very friendly and responsive. Overall we had a nice time and it was in the perfect location for us; very close to the Cal Ripken Experience.

This is the first time I used VRBO for my family vacation. The property was beautiful but wasn't kept up very nice. Trash was scattered about outside. The inside had numerous holes in the walls. There were roaches in the kitchen. I did call and they offered to spray for them but I felt that it was unsafe to do so while my family was there. I called the minute we left the property so they could come and spray. Overall I would not recommend this property.

This cabin is convenient to Pigeon Forge, grocery store, and Dolly Wood. It isn't scenic. That said, well furnished, great showers in the two master bedrooms, and well equipped. Wouldn't be my first pick because it's a house in a neighborhood but if you're looking for a clean place to sleep, this one is a good one!

If had plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed the movie theater a lot.

The cabin was so close to everything Pigeon Forge. It’s big enough for 14. Just perfect for our big family. We had a great time.

I was shocked to see a sign on the wall that read established in 2020. That means this property wad maybe 2 years old. There were lots of holes in the wall and lots of things broken. There was blood on the sheets in one of the bedrooms. We called and reported that and they were going to send someone out to replace them right away. They did finally bring the sheets but didn't make the bed. They just left them for us to do. The property was very run down. I did like the fact that there was 4 bathrooms and easily accommodated my party of 11. We also never did figure out how to operate the dart board or the video game station even after calling and asking how to work them. I honestly think they were just for looks. I was very disappointed with our stay and the helpfulness of the staff.

Absolutely amazing, we all enjoyed every minute of our stay! The reservation and check in process was super simple & easy, made the whole experience smooth ❤️ We look forward to returning again!

We stayed here with family for a Thanksgiving vacation. Overall the cabin was good. Great view and great location. Downfalls would be the run down look of the cabin- not kept up very well, for a cabin that sleeps 13 there were not cooking items for that large of a group.

The cabin was beautiful and location was amazing! The only bad part is that the renters ahead of us left trash everywhere outside and left small holes and darts had missing pieces. I contacted the owners and they replaced it right away, but the trash was still on the ground. As long as I am not charged for previous people, the cabin was GREAT!

Our stay was wonderful and the cabin was so enjoyable. We had enough space for everyone, including bathrooms where no one was cramped and waiting in line. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and just visiting with each other. Thank you for helping us to make memories we'll never forget!

Plenty of room for six adults and two teenagers. Quiet location, but still close to attractions! We saw a chipmunk, groundhog and several rabbits. Would definitely book this cabin again.

We made the right choice by choosing this place for our vacation in Gatlinburg! The Management is very responsive and easy to deal with. The property is very clean and spacious. We would love to be back again!

We were very disappointed in our stay. The home was not clean when we arrived despite the payment we made for cleaning. We weren't able to sleep in the beds due to the amount of hair in the sheets and the pillow cases from the last guest. The bunk beds were wobby and our children weren't able to sleep in the above one the entire time. My children couldn't play in the woods beside the cabin due to the amount of beer cans that were thrown over the balcony. This is very serious due to covid regulations I couldn't belive how dirty things were.

Our family stayed for 3 nights and had a blast! Lots of room for everyone.

The property was located a mile from from a lot of attractions. Very nice and comfortable furniture. Spa showers were great. The cabin was spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub. All three decks had chairs, etc. so you could set and relax while talking with others or listening to nature. The movie theater was awesome. We will cherish the memories made there and hope to return soon.

Very dusty , blood on one of the pillows , bathroom splatter on the back of toilet wall in upstairs bathroom, baseboards look as if they had never been dusted . Walls need repainted upstairs . The downstairs was not as bad as upstairs .

Convenient. Showers in masters bedrooms were amazing! Pot holders and coffee filters would have been nice.

JUST MINOR STUFFHOT TUB NEVER WORKED, WE CALLED, THEY SENT SOMEONE TO FIX IT BUT IT NEVER WORKEDGARBAGE CAN WAS FULL THE WHOLE TIME OUTSIDE.

Gorgeous, comfortable, convenient, clean. One mile from pigeon forge, in a neighborhood but wooded enough to feel like the mountains.

I really liked that the property was at the end of a cul de sac it made for a peaceful stay. The cabin was clean and maintained nicely. I would stay here again .

The place was very nicely furnished, but it was very dirty. We also had squirrels in the attic and one fell down the chimney and died in the fireplace. :-(

Overall the cabin was great! It’s in a subdivision but at the end so it’s quiet. Great layout! The cabin smelled of smoke when we checked it, I called and they offered to come run a air purifier while we were out for supper. Good experience overall. Not their fault of the smoke smell but they were willing and ready to help. Kitchen could be better equipped. Toilet paper is also pretty rough. But honestly no major complaints! Very close to town as well!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part Smoke alarm need to be replaced. It kept going off. Very annoying. No towel rack in rear bathroom. Need upgrade on television to hi see and larger.. Cabin was very clean and toddy.
