We felt right at home in this lovely apartment. It was just as described and we loved the balcony and the sea view. Great restaurants on the beach within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Fresh egyptian cotton bed linen and white towels and a little gift pack of handy complimentary bathroom products. A great experience overall

I stayed for 7 days on my own ...I came for medical respite. The apartment met all my expectations; I felt very safe and comfortable and best of all, safe to drink the water. .the location was absolutely amazing, with sea views and within five minutes or so you were on the boardwalk that led to many wonderful beachside restaurants. Food wise my 2 favours were The Jammy Olive - a 10-minute walk away and El Capriccio - 5 min. away. Whilst I didn't cook in the apartment, there was a fabulous supermarket carrefour at 700 meters, along with a pharmacy.. plus many other eateries. The host Nolan kept in contact via text to make sure I was OK, and I felt reassured that had there been any problems (which there weren't), he would have helped straight away. Thank you for a fabulous stay! I feel a million dollars compared to how I arrived!

An absolutely perfect place to stay -comfortable,warm, cosy , very clean and within walking distance of where we needed to be.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is set in beautiful grounds and a refreshing pool and literally a couple of mins walk from the beach. The beach has a path for miles which was great for a morning run or walk. We loved the location which is close to lots of towns - Marbella is obviously lovely but busy and Mijas village is a real gem. We went canyoning with TUUR adventures and would recommend that for families. Comms with hosts was good and they responded to some questions promptly. I will miss waking up to the stunning views from our bedroom.

We had a great stay Olga was a great host and the apartment was exactly as described spotlessly clean and plenty of towels available and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment also had good Wi-Fi a bonus when you have teenagers and fantastic air conditioning. The apartment was close to supermarkets and shops and plenty of lovely restaurants all with in walking distance. The beach was a 5 minute walk away . Great apartment for a couple or a family would highly recommend.

Picked Olga's apartment after reading other reviews and was not disappointed. My husband and I were attending a wedding and stayed here for several nights. Lovely, clean apartment with beautiful views of sea and surroundings. Welcoming wine, beer, water, fruit and a few other bits were really appreciated, thanks Olga! One of the nights we picked up the wrong keys and got locked out and host made her way to us with spares as soon as she could - thanks so much Olga!!! Communication was excellent and Olga was great at recommending places to eat, etc. There is everything you need in the apartment; the host has thought of everything, well done! I would definitely stay again if I ever go back.

We stayed at the Zen Beach Flat for 4 days towards the end of July. Nolan and Olga were excellent hosts; even before we arrived, they provided detailed emails of the area and directions to arrive which were so helpful. Nolan was kind enough to meet us late on the first evening to give us the keys. He provides a detailed summary of the area and a really helpful manual on the area, beaches, attractions, etc. To our surprise, Olga also provided welcome treats, which were very generous. The flat was perfect for us, as we could relax in the living space, cook food when we wanted to, and chill out in the front room when the sun was out. All our expectations were met and more; it's like a little home away from home, close to supermarkets, walking distance to the beaches of Mijas, and easy access to lots of restaurants.

One of the best experiences we have had with a host. No question was to much and always quick to respond. Gave alot of tips of things to see/do. For example in Marbella, Malaga, Calahonda, … The place was perfect! ⁃ Very clean ⁃ Had everything you need ⁃ Nice and cosy interior ⁃ Perfect view of the sea ⁃ Very close to everything (sea, bars, restaurants, supermarket, busstop, …) All in all was everything just perfect! We can only recommend this zen place/ host to everyone! Thanks Nolan and Olga for this amazing vacation!

Place was exactly as described and 2 mins from beach. Walkable to restaurants. Close to Malaga airport. Great stay, very safe and secure gated community with huge pool and lifeguard. Nolan, is a great host, very responsive and has created in all encompassing document with great local recommendations for sightseeing, travel and every thing else that you need.

Olga´s apartment was perfect for 3 girls. It was spotless, with sea views and access to the beach via little pedestrian bridge a few metres away. The pool area was lovely and clean. All in all could not be faulted and very good value considering the area in Calahonda it is in. Thank you, Olga!

Amazing stay - apartment had everything we needed - even had beers and water in fridge for us on arrival! The apartment was spotless as was the large pool. Great host to communicate with and was greeted and shown into apartment. We stayed in June and all bars/restaurants were open and we got lovely weather. Higly recommended

Great little apartment, great location close to the beach, clean, everything you need ie iron, hairdryer etc. Beds were very comfortable and extra sheets and towels in abundance. Spoilt for choice as for bars, restaurants and supermarkets at hand. We will definitely be back.

A very satisfied stay which I would recommend especially for a long weekend away, reasonably priced and the host super nice constantly communicating with you to make sure your having a good stay and there is no problems.

Very nice getaway from home to home :) ….. the little apartment is cute, spotlessly clean with an incredible view. What I loved most was the perfectly maintained garden overlooking the sea amongst the palm trees with benches and a fresh breeze. Nolan’s indeed very kind, he goes out of his ways to accommodate you. Besides the late check out and the lift to the airport he got me a brand new yoga mat too :) The coastal path is really unique and perfect to enjoy every moment by the sea. A place to recommend is The Jammy Olive Cafe of the main street. They serve breakfast, lunch, cafe and awesome desserts in a healthy manner and relaxed atmosphere. Try the pecan pie ;)

A must , this place is beautiful, I can't describe how amazing the views are from the terrace. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor seating area for breakfast with views. The host was amazing, great communication from start to finish. Excellent pdf brochure with all the essential places to visit included best restarauts and tipical Spanish foods. We would definitely stay again!!

We stayed at Olga's place for a week as we had come to Spain to work remotely and enjoy the sun and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The flat itself is ideal for a couple as it had everything you needed and was in a great location very close to the beach. There are plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants right next door and the beach and promenade were within walking distance for us. We had seen some reviews about the strength of the internet before we came, however we found the internet to be faultless. We were working remotely, so were on video calls and meetings regularly and didn't have any issue at all. The balcony and sea view was also great for remote working and was much better than our London office. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay and she was extremely helpful with a slightly earlier check-in the day we arrived. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Spain .

This is a great place to book if you are looking for a relaxing time in Costa del Sol. The apartment is so cute and comfortable, and the view of the ocean was fantastic. We loved being able to walk the boardwalk on the beach in the mornings and in the evenings. Super quick walk to the grocery store and multiple restaurants. Fantastic and thoughtful hosts…there were lots of extras in the apartment, like fruit, water, and even bottle of wine. We really enjoyed our stay and we would absolutely stay here again.

Bare minimum of kitchen utensils. Living area dull and dingy with no comfortable seating. Very disappointed

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Zen places's flat in Mijas. We loved the view from the terrace and enjoyed sitting out for breakfast or a late afternoon drink. The apartmen worked very well for us and was just a short walk to the everything. There is a comfortable sitting area with TV, nice bathroom and all the necessary kitchen facilities. The bedroom with great sea view was perfectly fine. I would certainly recommend this place and found it a good value option for our visit.

Olga’s place is beautiful, exactly as pictured. There were plenty of supermarkets, gas stations, and restaurants nearby some even within walking distance. The terrace was nice and sunny, the whole stay was perfect for our family of three. Parking was available right outside of our apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay :)

My friend and I really liked our stay at Olga’s place in Mijas. We thought the location was great due to its proximity to the sea, some great restaurants by the beach and the bus stops to go to Marbella or airport. Amazing value for the money we paid - super grateful and will come again!

Stayed at Mija’s Condo for 6 days this May. I would definitely stay here again - I found it a super value, close to my activities and with a lovely host who answered all my questions!! The listing is exactly as described, photos very accurately represent the property. The host Nolan was delightful answering questions promptly and with detail and always kindness. I appreciated the welcome basket - a very thoughtful touch. My favorite aspect of the property was sitting on the terrace in the sun while enjoying the view of the ocean below. WiFi worked perfectly, there was a nice assortment of the “essentials” for the first night such as tee, coffee, juice very welcome for a weary traveler. I felt very safe traveling as a single woman in this gated area and was grateful for the added security.

Apartment was everything we expected it to be. Good size, comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Absolutely beautiful accommodations and location. Thoroughly enjoyed walking the beautiful boardwalk/beach and visiting the surrounding areas and activites. Nolan was very friendly and helpful and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Excellent instruction book to help us with all the appliances that we have not experienced in our other bookings. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I booked this place looking for a peaceful place to stay for my two week house hunting trip. When I entered the the property with the host, we were greeted with the pungent odor of cigarette smoke. The host mentioned that it was “stuffy” and I could open the windows on the terrace and the adjacent bedroom to air it out while I was out during the day. And he opened the windows at that time. The host showed me the little amenities they left like wine, a basket of skincare samples and the shampoo/conditioner/body soap bottles in the shower. After he left, I walked back through and considered the horrible cigarette smelI also looked at the Vrbo post for the property to see if I missed that smoking was allowed there. I didn’t. It wasn’t. And the whole place smelled horrible. In the middle room where the TV is, the daybed cover and throw pillows were stinkiest. And there’s no airflow in the place. I checked the bedding on the main bed, and it smelled. For me, and anyone else expecting to stay in a non-smoking property, it was unacceptable and dirty. I notified the host of the situation and his wife offered to bring over air fresheners. There is no way that would resolve the problem since all linens, bedding, and pillows would need to be washed. And I’m sure that daybed mattress was bad. She also mentioned that they did not notice any unusual smells in the property and that they change the bedding and replace the pillows after each guest. Since her husband acknowledged that the place needed airing out and the pillows and everything else smelled like cigarette smoke, I’m not sure she was aware of the condition of the property. I requested a refund. Of course I didn’t get it. Funny enough, they didn’t refund my cleaning fee and I left within 30 minutes of my arrival. And it was listed on Vrbo as available the very next day… I contacted Vrbo regarding my experience. They said they would talk to the hosts and relay that I want my money back. I have a case number to follow up on that call. I contacted the insurance company Vrbo sells and they do not cover misrepresentation of the property by the hosts. Lovely apartment in private complex. Olga & Nolan are perfect hosts great communication and hospitality. Lots of local information given and recommendations for local dining/evening drinks. Apartment had all amenities we required and more, the added extras of beach equipment were a thoughtful extra amenity which were great for our days relaxing on the beach. Apartment is spotlessly clean, linen and beach towels and bath towels high quality. We highly recommend this property and it’s hosts just wonderful!! We had a fabulous stay and are already talking about when we can next visit! Thank you Olga and Nolan!

All just fine. The proximity to the local bus service was really good. The beach was just across the road from the lane to the apartment building and nice restaurants were very close, too. The supermarket was very close by which was particularly useful.

Had an absolutely wonderful long weekend here. Everything was just great, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you would need. Perfect check in/out and communications. Great location close to the beach with plenty of bars etc within a 5/10mins walk and the supermarket is right around the corner. Great location if no car but ubers easily available and always came within 5 mins. Would 100% recommend and I’d love to go back, thanks!
