We had a great time

This condo had everything our family of seven needed for a week at the beach - except a dish scrubber, which we remedied at the local market. It was comfortable, quiet, and having a patio to enjoy meals with a beach view was a bonus! You can walk to many, if not all, restaurants and shops. I recommend bringing your own beach towels and taking advantage of their beach equipment rental option to make the most of your time on the beach.

Excellent experience. The property was just as described in the promotional information. The condo was clean and well stocked. Great location near restaurants and shops.

We had 7 people stay and we all had plenty of room and private bathrooms. The restaurant across the street was great! It was clean and large spaces including a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Loved the gated and covered parking as well. Our favorite part of our trip was sitting out on the balcony and the comfort of our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay at this rental. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, spacious, great view, within walking distance to everything.

We ( 4 adults and 1 child) stayed at Ocean Front Villas (#209) for an "away Christmas." The villa was more than we had anticipated. It was well maintained, very well equiped for all (in cluding cooking). It was right on the beach with a opoen view to the water. Could not have been more pleased.

The place is fabulous!!! My extended family felt so relaxed there. Very clean, soft sheets, warm blankets, great washer and dryer! They had it all!!

It was the perfect place for our girlfriends' 60th birthday trip. The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to eat in. We appreciated having dish soap and dishwasher soap provided.

We were a family of 5 that stayed. It was perfect! Great location. Well updated, well maintained and very clean place. The only feedback would be the toilet seat in the master bath needs fixed and we would've loved to have a Keurig. Will definitely stay there again!

Our overall experience was good at this condo, but I was promised more key fobs than I received. I asked for 5 and was assured I would get them on the phone, but when we arrived there were only 3. Not a huge deal (I thought) so I didn’t call to ask for more. Big mistake, by the end of the week it turned into a big mess trying to coordinate coming and goings. A few other small things could be improved on. The patio furniture is old and needs to be replaced. There were a few broken chairs when we got there. My husband has a bad hip, and when he sat in one of the broken chairs, he almost fell. Only other complaint is the master bath sink. It hardly has any water coming out and the drain backs up. These are easy fixes and I’m sure they will be taken care of. They are well stocked with dishes, pots and pans or anything you should need. So you don’t need to pack that kind of stuff. The location is great… loved the beach! Great walking distance for shopping and restaurants. Overall a good vacation!

One critique would be the patio furniture. Loved the high top table but the pvc chairs were somewhat unstable feeling. But that didn’t stop us from sitting outside. All in all would definitely stay again!

We all enjoyed Folly very much but not sure if I will stay at these condos again based on the cleanliness of the place.. The main area to gather is the back porch for the view itself and it was filthy with dirty windows and floors The outdoor chairs were very uncomfortable ..Who makes deck chairs out of PVC pipes!!! A deep clean and some paint would make it much nicer, inside. The Floors, cabinets, & walls ate dirty and need some attention.. Master bed sheets definitely felt very rough and we’re not comfortable.. some additional blankets also would be nice.. Overall we made it work for nights we were there but I felt like it was not worth all the $$ spent. Thank you, Suzanne Paull

We had an awesome 4 nights in the rental. Gorgeous place, great local shops, bars and restaurants you can walk to and an absolutely beautiful beach view. The rental was well stocked, very clean and plenty or space for our group of 6. Amazing overall!

Overall it was a great property. A few areas in the condo were pretty dirty. Splash stains in the kitchen area near the trash. And the tv media was complicated which was annoying.

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed all the amenities this condo had to offer. The location was amazing, so close to shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We hope to come back again.

The building is a little worn out, but once you get into the unit and see the ocean, it just doesn’t matter. We had an amazing time!!

We loved the location and everything about the condo. Hope to plan on staying here in future.
